The location is perfect - in the calm clean district of the city, while the center coulb be reached easily by foot, near the main sights: Van Gogh Museum and Heiniken factory. The staff is helpful and nice. The design and cleanness of rooms are at top! Rooms are pretty small with very small window - I have missed sun light. Absence of wardrobe is also minus. |

Hotel was nice and modern, rooms were very clean and breakfast was great, staff were also nice and courteous.Location is just about ok any further and it would have been to far, greatly aided by fantastic tram service right on the doorstep.would stay again Only real thing it can be faulted on was due to the rooms being very small only really suited a short break and the noise was an issue it was like everyone was in the room with you but hey was good for 3 days in the dam |

Really nice hotel in a good location about a 25 min walk from dam square, Tram stop right outside the door that makes the whole city very accessible. Room was small, but i didn't mind we were only in it at night, very reasonable priced hotel. I was disappointed that the cleaners didn't change our sheets however for the 3 night stay, also on our second night they refused to wash the towels despite leaving them on the floor as instructed. Apart from that the staff where friendly, the breakfast was nice, the hotel had beautiful decor. 7/10 |

Everything is very new and thus in perfect condition. The location is also very good, not so close to suspicious alleys. Breakfast is very full and lobby very good for relaxing. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room although in perfect condition was quite small. There was also quite weak lighting. |

Even if the room was not facing on main street it was a lot of noise coming from the road (tram) and also from the corridor. The vent which is located on the outside wall is open all the time and maybe that is the main cause. The same breakfast during our stay and you suppose to pay extra money if you want an omelet. Not enough space on the breakfast room. |

Breakfast was very good. Location is convinent Rooms are extremely small!! We booked a standard double room, however our room was so small, even there's no space to open our luggages. We asked for change our room. First they said there's no available room, then they asked to be paid 30€/ night additional to move a bigger room. |

Staff helpful, rooms cleaned everyday and breakfast was lovely. Would go back again and choose the same hotel. The room that we stayed in was downstairs and was very noisy from people walking arround all night above us, the room was right below the reception desk and we found it very hard to get to sleep. We would still like to go back to this hotel but we would ask to have a room upstairs. |

Nice staff, I felt being taking care of. It was nice being close to the trams when I needed them, but not when they where not needed - noise. But that is city life :) |

Friendly staff, everything new and clean. Standard room very small but fine for our one night stay, wouldn't like it for any longer though. Single glazed windows with tram stop and busy street outside meant that we didn't get any sleep. |

The location is excellent. Quiet but easy to get to all major sites through walking, biking or tram. Will give you a great experience of the non touristy side of Amsterdam. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are on the small side but as expected. |

Hotel was very clean. Comfortable and fair. For such a new hotel, I was surprise the lack of high tech equipment, like card keys instead of traditional keys. Doors would not lock automatically and had to manually locked inside and out. We had a room in the basement, which meant there were a lot of traffic during the morning. We could heard everyone walking and woke us up. |

close to the tram stop to get into the town or its a 10 min walk, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and tidy, free wifi, highly recommended rooms a little small if you are a large american but not like some of the people make out, did your itty bitty legs hurt up the stairs too? there is a lift if you are that lazy. how much time are you going to spend in the room anyway, its for sleeping and washing not for a jogging track |
