we asked about a shuttle bus at reception and were told the times at which it leaves...but they never told us you had to reserve in advance

The staff were very nice and helpful. Even though the location is a little far from the city center, you can still rent a bike that will get anywhere you like. room was very big and well furnished.

The hotel was really clean and relaxing. Three of us shared a room and we loved our trip. Didn't take breakfast as it seemed a bit expensive at €15 each. Location is also great for far access although do read the bit about not finding it on sat nav...!

Not a lot difficult to locate, very much a business Hotel plain and uninteresting but very clean, the beds looked as though someone had slept in them just before we arrived not impressed by Hotel at all

Location very poor, difficult to find unless you use longtitude and latitude on Sat nav not in a particularly pleasent area is functional but plain and expensive for what it should be

This is such a wonderful hotel with professional and accomodating staff, the restaurant serves wonderful fresh foods, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are large with both a rain shower and a seperate tub. Loved it!

There isn't one thing I did not like about this hotel. Everything was wonderful.

This was my fourth or fifth stay in the hotel. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good, with attentive service. The rooms are bright, clean anmd comfortable. The location is ideal for MECC.

De kamer was uitstekend en ruim. (Ik was met nog 2 volwassenen op de kamer) Het ontbijt.

Bel hôtel, Bon accueil, bien situé à quelques minutes en voiture du centre de Maastricht et tout près de l'autoroute. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et bien aménagées. La brasserie est sympa.

La nourriture à la brasserie qui a pour seul mérite de ne pas être chère
