Friendly and efficient staff when we arrived late in the evening. Ideal location for an early morning airport drop-off.

The bathroom had no hooks or towel rails so we ended up with heaps of wet towels.

Excellent location for layover at Schiphol but also for sightseeing if you only have a night or two in Amsterdam, as you can get into the city by hotel shuttle and train, which is easier than getting into Amsterdam with your luggage on the crowded train. Great hotel for families as there's an indoor pool and lots of space and a terrace in the 4-bed rooms. Other rooms are smaller but have balconies. The hotel is 10-15 minutes from Schiphol by free shuttle, which runs at least 2 x per hour to/from the airport during the day(follow signs for hotel shuttles-- hotel is identified on signs as Hotel a4). Very friendly and helpful staff. There is a hotel rest area very close to the hotel, with lots of food choices if you don't want to eat at the hotel (fast food and sit- down) and a Shell station with shop if you've forgotten anything. Separate bath and wc, and bath has shower stall and tub and two sinks. Lots of closet space and 2 TVs in 4-bed rooms. My kids loved this hotel and they're teenagers. Little kids would like it too, I think. The hotel was very quiet even though it's so close to the airport and to a major multi-lane highway. It looks like a big, boring motel from the outside but was much nicer inside than we'd expected, and clearly busy and popular (but still had personal, pleasant service). Very nice toiletries in the bathroom too !

On one of our laptops, we could only pick up Wifi in the lobby (paid access), not in the room. The rooms in the 500-600 range are a long, complicated walk from Reception--up one staircase and then down a hall and down two flights of another staircase (or elevator) and then a long hallway to get to our room in the 500s. Not a problem for us but perhaps a pain if you are not very mobile.

De prijs voor Sleep n Fly (auto bij het hotel langer parkeren) in combinatie met gratis shuttle naar Schiphol is uitstekend. Heel vriendelijk personeel aan receptie.

Late check out, nice lounge space, nice people

wake up, early in the morning by cleaners

Great restaurant!

No tea/coffee making facilities.

Too much noise throughout the night. People coming and going at all hours. Baths being run at 02h00 in the morning and you can hear the water running.

situeted on highway,very comfort,clean and good atmosfair,good food and large free parking.

Quiet. Good Breakfast. Comfortable bed. Free parking for the day.

The staff (who could listen to the client before giving answers), the distance between reception and the room, with poor lift facilities (annoying with luggage), no phone at the desk (strange for a so-called "exec" room). Oldfashioned furniture. Inconstant water temperature.

I appreciated the beds and that I could control the room temperature

no coffee making facilities in the room, and no blanket to replace or suppliment the duvet. I personnally don't like a duvet, I find them too hot. ***This questionaire is more than 4 questions!!***
