スキポールに近くて便利。 予約していた部屋と全くタイプの異なる部屋に通され、変更を願うとそのタイプは満室と断られた。（仕切られたﾌｧﾐﾘｰﾙｰﾑを予約していたが、ただﾍﾞｯﾄが並べられているだけの部屋でした。）何の為の予約かわからず不愉快でした。部屋は一般的な広さでした。掃除が行き届いてなく前客のゴミが残っていた。 |

スキポール空港までのシャトルバスがあるというのはとても便利であった。大きなバスタブとシャワー室がついているのはとてもよかった。インターネットは前もってロビーで一日券または時間制のカードをもらって接続してもらい、部屋でまたログインをしなくてはならないけれど便利である。ホテルスタッフが丁寧に教えてくれました。 部屋にはメモ帳も冷蔵庫もコップもお湯ポットもなかったのが不便でした。ベルボーイもいないので自分で荷物を部屋に持っていかなくてはいけない。これは便利な時もあるが必要な時もあるのでいたほうがいいと思いました。このような部屋の設備に対して宿泊料金が高すぎると思いました。電話利用も前もってクレジットカードを提示にておかなくてはならないのでそれをしていなかったため、どこにも電話できずちょっと不便であった。 |

The hotel seems to me quite well organized and quite efficient. The approach to the rooms is really easy and inside the room I was satisfied with the set up. The television however did not show the Dutch "publieke zenders". The program on the other providers was quite boring, though I anyhow did not have too much time to watch. |

The desk staff were so accepting and hospitable. Their ability to talk and deal with the public far surpasses anyone I've seen in customer service. There is nothing to complain about...but a more perfect trip would have included free wifi. |

good atmosphere, buffet breakfast was excellent girl at check in was not very friendly, ie. did not explain anything about hotel or facilities and only waved in the direction of a lift without properly explaining where the room was |

Too much noise throughout the night. People coming and going at all hours. Baths being run at 02h00 in the morning and you can hear the water running. |

Quiet. Good Breakfast. Comfortable bed. Free parking for the day. The staff (who could listen to the client before giving answers), the distance between reception and the room, with poor lift facilities (annoying with luggage), no phone at the desk (strange for a so-called "exec" room). Oldfashioned furniture. Inconstant water temperature. |

I appreciated the beds and that I could control the room temperature no coffee making facilities in the room, and no blanket to replace or suppliment the duvet. I personnally don't like a duvet, I find them too hot. ***This questionaire is more than 4 questions!!*** |

The hotel is conveniently sited and the facilities are adequate for my business trip requirements. As with most European hotels compared with those in the usa, charging separately for internet access is irritating. |

The assurance that the food is always straightforward good and plenty. The restaurant team always make efforts to accomodate everyone and make people feel at home. The reception is always friendly and ready to be of help. |

Well situated to allow easy access to Schiphol airport and rail station. Clean, good facilities, helpful staff, good choice of meals/drinks, excellent buffet breakfast. |

Staff was helpful and breakfast was excellent. Beverages machine did not work and was plugged out. However, one could not recognise this and this caused another trip to the reception to get the 2 Euro back. Finally, they sent me to the basement to another machine. |

We enjoyed the very spacious room, especially having a baby in travel cot, and the breakfast, location only if your driving!! There were someone elses condom wrappers under the bed!! also the breakfast was very expensive. |
