Близость к аэропорту В отеле прохладно было, но мы не обращались в администрацию. Я считаю, что бутылка воды, чай и кофе должны быть в номере- это элементарный сервис. |

The rooms were really nice and large. The complimentary breakfast was the best in all the hotels that we stayed in our three week trip to Europe The check in system needs to be improved. There was no formal line and people kept just passing up the line and cutting to the reception |

Excellent facility as an airport hotel. Large, spacious rooms with king size beds. Excellent dining room with very reasonable prices for lunch and dinner. Super breakfast with wide array of choices was included in price of the room. Complementary regular shuttle service every half hour or so to and from airport terminal. Staff very helpful and courteous. Excellent service and very good value. |

Good location close to airport Some rooms smell of smoke, since people are allowed to smoke on the balcony, and don't close the door. |

Location of hotel near to the airport, also the transfer bus to and from the airport. The room was very clean and the TV was great, a few more English channels would have been nice not just BBC 1 The breakfast was a bit expensive , for what was actually on offer. |

A little too far from the airport. Shuttle service not frequent enough. Check in was very slow and crowded - maybe too popular(?). |

I use this Hotel for early morning flights out of Schiphol. The service is fast and efficient. The rooms clean and very comfortable with very little noise disturbance so you can get a good nights sleep. So even although it is a bit further away from the airport than a lot of other hotels the bus shuttle service is efficient and very convenient. |

Free carparking. The decor in our room and bathroom was dated and shabby.Big water stain on ceiling - including mould. No tea-making facilty in room - or mini- bar. 4 Star? It was very diificult to find. I drove past it 3 times and there was no sign on the road indicating the name of the hotel. I have a gps and travel to Schiphol regularly. I would recommend depending on availabilty of other hotels. |

I asked for a newer room as suggested by one reviewer - the room was excellent - new marble bathroom and great decor in the bedroom and a huge tv. Free bus shuttle from airport was easy to use. No hot water for shower beside the pool - brrrrrrr and no food/room service before 4.30pm |
