Very convenient and also good value for a brief stay. Helpful front of house staff and an excellent breakfast. |

Reception staff were very helpful. Can't get food after 11pm - when I checked in due to a late Easyjet flight (again) and slow car rental pick-up at Amsterdam airport. |

Proximity to airport The Hotel charges eur 15 when checking in prior to 2 pm. This is outrageous. We were 1 1/2 hour too early and they wanted to charge us. However after talking to the Mgr, they took the charge off the bill |

Room was a good size, comfortable and clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Lack of business centre or facilities to print off things from the computer. Also the in house movie system continually failed. |

The quality of service of the hotel has deteriorated since I stayed there last about a year or or so ago. I actually transferred to another Van der Valk hotel nearby after a couple of days' stay in this hotel.I shall not use the hotel in the near future. |

Excellent hotel, with big rooms (sleep up to 4) therefore ideal for a familly. If you have a car, this is a very good option. |

The hotel has a certain charm which is often seen in Dutch hotels, it is not luxury but it is clean and the staff are friendly, the buffet breakfast is delicious and the food was of a good standard, although the service was slow at times There was nothing that i did not like exactly, but I felt that the hotel is in need of a makeover, the rooms need decorating and new bedspreads would brighten the rooms up. |

Good size room and en-suite. Easily accessible with a wheelchair. Restaurant food was disappointing. No coffee-making facilities in room. |

Schone kamer, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De douche was zeer gevaarlijk. Kranen zaten tegen achter in, ipv de zijkant. Kranen waren stuk waardoor de temperatuur niet af te regelen was. Een Engelse menu kaart is geen overbodige luxe (als die er al was, is die niet aangeboden) Prijs diner was niet verhouding kwaliteit en kwantiteit. |

Ik vond het erg positief dat de verbinding van dit hotel naar centrum Den Haag goed te doen is met de bus. S'avonds ziet het restaurant er vanaf de buitenkant sfeervol uit met al die lichtjes. Zowel de kamer als het restaurant ziet er wat oudbollig uit. Tevens vond ik het ontbijtbuffet niet erg lekker. Datgene wat opgewarmd wordt waaronder de eieren waren lauw en de smaak was niet lekker. Tevens is het buffet niet geschikt voor een grote hoeveelheid mensen. Lange wachttijd zeker bij die ene automaat waar je ook heet water uit haalt. Voor een 4* hotel weinig keus bij het ontbijt. |

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst bij receptie, mooi hotel, mooie kamer, goed ontbijtbuffet. Uitchecken tot 12.00 uur ook zeer relaxt en ontbijt tot 11.00 uur ook heerlijk. We hadden gebak bij de koffie in de middag was niet helemaal vers. |
