Hotel Duiven bij Arnhem A12  

Best breakfast in my life. The room was huge, clean, very comfy bed, nice view. Great bathroom. Luxury for a very affordable price.

Impossible to get to without a car.

The total, like outside, the room, the restaurant, the bathroom in particular. Very spacious and well designed, tastefull lobby. The guests are international and mostly high leveled. Personel look young and fresh and sufficient educated for there jobs and will do even better in near future. Frontdesk service is good and restaurant service fair and could be even better.

Nothing particular what so ever. But if any remark. The internet could be better while the Wi-Fi worked well and userfriendly.

Big and new hotel with a huge family room and a comfortable bathroom. Excellent value for a quality stay. This is generally difficult to find in the Netherlands so we're looking forward to spending more nights at Hotel Duiven. An outstanding bike lanes system allow you to be in Arnhem city centre in 25'.

None of the points here below would refrain us from booking here again, these are just small things: paper cups and small choice of tea/coffee dont match the elegant room, our family room (4 people) was given with 4 small + 2 medium towels,far too little for 4 people. We lost some 20' when renting bikes because they were in the wrong shelter down in the garage,my bike's light wouldn't start and you get a fine for that in Holland (please repair bike 4722). we paid 7.5€ a day for a bike,a bit too expensive I think if u choose to ride a bike to prevent high cost with dutch public transport system, I think 5€ would be fair.

We had a huge room on the 13th floor with terrific views. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of space to put all your belongings. Super modern bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The restaurant is good and the breakfast buffet is very good with a lot of variety.Plenty of parking space.

It's a shame that the service in the restaurant is very slow but we knew this in advance from other people's comments. We were going to a show and just made sure we ate earlier to allow for the time! The hotel had some water heating problems on the day we checked out and having a chilly shower in the morning was not much fun.

Previous stays at this hotel have been satisfactory. This one was not. WIFI did not work at all on 8th floor (where my room was located). I reported this twice on the first day. In three days, it was not corrected. I had to go to the lobby to perform online work. There were two false alarms of the fire system. One occurred at 2:00AM. Upon check-out, the front desk attendant did not inquire whether my stay had been good or bad. She only asked how I wanted to pay for it.

Booked a family room. Room was huge and very spacious for 4 people. Room was also very clean. Nicely decorated. 2 separate toilets makes it much more convenient when getting ready. Nice view from the balcony. Definitely a great bargain for the quality of the room we are getting.

2 separate single beds were join instead of giving one double/queen/king. Food in the restaurant was bad Water pressure from shower hose is too small and weak. Water temperature from shower was inconsistent. Mode of public transport was not very convenient

Excellent and helpful staff. Room with a balcony. Great car parking, and location of hotel adjacent to the A12, Fantastic for business and I would recommend this hotel for leisure travelers also . The room service was first class.

I have nothing to complain about or dislike. Staff excellent, room excellent, room service excellent, location and parking excellent.

Location, quality for the price to pay and close to the stadium where we did attend the concert

The hotel was much better than expected, the rooms were huge and we had a jacuzzi bath which unlike other places we stayed with similar had a 'clean function' at the end so the next guests didn't get the remnants of your bath the next time the jacuzzi was used! The breakfast was great and we also used the gym facilities which were more than adequate for a hotel. We didn't use the pool but it looked to be about 10metres. Location for Arnhem is good and there was no need to leave the hotel for dinner as the restaurant was also very good.

The hotel is well situated next to the A12 and the drive to downtown Arnhem is only 15 minutes. Nijmegen is 30 minutes. There is plenty of free parking at this hotel (which is hard to find in the city centres). The front desk staff was friendly and professional. The family room was spacious, modern and very clean. We found the buffet breakfast to have a large variety of selections for my family's wide range of dietary needs. I didn't have time to use the pool or spa but I toured the facility and was very impressed. I wish that I had more time to spend there.

Distinctively designed, tall hotel is easily found from the A12-E35 motorway. Plenty of parking; very spacious reception; helpful staff at reception and in the restaurant, excellent spacious family room with great views over the surrounding countryside from the 11th floor; well appointed bathroom.

Service in the restaurant was a little slow towards the end of our evening meal - c.21.35+ on a Saturday evening when there were fewer customers. Dark wood decor for the wardrobes and their locations (x2) in the suite in relation to the subtle lighting made unpacked clothing less easy to identify.

This is our 3rd or 4th stay. As usual, excellent rooms, and an even better breakfast!

On arrival, night desk service did not seem as competent as during our previous stays, and in fact booked late checkout twice. This was corrected on our departure, though.

The room size was fantastic with 4 people!

The family room was very spacious and just what we needed after a very long journey. Wellness centre was fab - our children loved the swimming pool, and I relaxed in the beauty suite. Excellent value for money and we will definitely come back. Thank you The Powell family

Very good hotel with fabulous lobby area, great breakfast and really spacious family suit from two rooms with flat TV. We really enjoyed our night in this hotel, the only sad thing is that it was only one night.
