Serviceminded staff. Nice quiet room. Good restaurant with exellent service. Nice pub.

The room was big (though not as big as they say) with a very high ceiling. We enjoyed the spa features of the room: the double rain showers, the bubble bath and the in-room sauna. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing.

The suite was not definitely not 90sqm (most likely 50 or 60 sqm)and the view is not so nice (you basically look at the motorway). The hotel website is in Dutch only, and no English information is available in the hotel.

Nice to stay in the winter, because we visites family and driving back to Heerlen is just to much.

The beds are uncomfortablr. We both fell out. It is because of the topper. One need a topper over Both beds

Rooms could do with a bit more light although pleasant the lighting was poor to work in The menu could be a bit more extensive for the price The waiting staff presenting the food should have been able to describe the dish in English ESpecially after I stopped him twice to explain I did not understand Dutch - at least could have just served the main course - I felt belited by this attitude that I was a lesser mortal as I did not understand Dutch - a bit humiliating to be honest

Hotel seems new openning, and clean in everywhere.

Superb breakfast, even for a vegetarian. High quality rooms, furnishings and facilities with a general air of restrained luxury. Very good value for money.

Very tasty meal in the restaurant, the rooms are very comfortable and the bath and separate wet room shower was very luxurious. I stay here frequently and it is an excellent hotel with very friendly attentive staff.

Hallways are a bit dark. Only one person at the reception and she was on the phone so we had to wait.

a comfort twin room is very spacious, has coffee/tea facilities, 2 chairs and a little table, a desk, big bathroom and a seperate loo. nice ambiance in hotel, albeit quite dark! friendly staff, great breakfast. long corridors have several soft-closing doors which should help to reduce noise.

the set up of the table in the restaurant does not encourage a good flow of traffic to and from the buffet. Many chairs are high "bar type"; not good for the old, nor the very young or even ages in the middle! The dark ambiance might suit dinner time, but it is far too dark for breakfast.

Location just off the motorway, nothing around the hotel. Pillows too thick.

The Hotel is modern and rooms are large and clean. The food in the restaurant was perfect.

The staff was not helpful, there were no drinks in the Mini-bar, we've had power outage at midnight and all they proposed was to change the room at that late of time....how could we have moved with children sleeping and how could we have searched for our belongings without lights on? Power was restored in morning but we did not get a rebate on the price of the room for this issue.
