The hotel was compact and close to the town, with a nice canal walk close by. The stairs to room 17 were steep and awkward to carry suite cases up.

De kamer en met name de doucheruimte/toilet was niet optimaal schoon. Het eten was matig met name het asperge gerecht te klein portie en er zat zand in de salade. Bedienend personeel te jong en/of te onervaren.

Kamer prima, badkamer zeer verouderd. Ontbijt te jong personeel weinig interesse om 4 minuten eitje te koken, mocht niet, omdat dit het buffet was dat werd geboden met harde eieren,tevens niet mogelijk een spiegelei te maken. Geen dienblaadje meegeven voor twee kopjes koffie op de kamer. Badkamer verouderd

Mijn Zoon Trouwde deze dag. 's Nachts moest het bruidspaar nog inchecken maar moest meteen betalen en zich legetimeren. De gehele Familie had 8 kamers gehuurd en betaald. Waarom zo moeilijk doen, zij hadden ook de volgende morgen kunnen betalen. Zijn jullie zo argwanend naar klanten. Dit zal mijn Hotel keuze in de Toekomst wel beinvloeden !

Het ontbijt was goed. De toegang tot de kamer liep door het restaurant. En gelukkig hadden we geen grote koffers bij ons. Dan hadden we de mensen aangestoten tijdens het eten.

De mensen zijn zó aardig! Het ontbijt is heel goed. Voor ons doel lag het perfect. Het badkamertje was onhandig en de warmwatertoevoer van de douche oncomfortabel wisselend. Maar dat kan alleen onze kamer gewest zijn, natuurlijk.

vriendelijke omgeving om als vrouw alleen te verblijven; persoonlijke aandacht van personeel; niet te groot ik mis bij het ontbijt de krant en iets van rauwkost; dat zou prettig zijn. Vanwege haast die ochtend heb ik er niet speciaal naar gevraagd. Naar verwachting zal ik vanaf maart vaker bij jullie verblijven en ik zal dan die wens kenbaar maken.
