Close to the motorway, friendliness of the staff & efficient and good food for the evening meal and breakfast was exceptional, well done. Nothing......except.........the cleaner had forgotten to put soap in the bathroom, we did have our own & did not bother to ask reception, no big deal just a comment. |

Outstanding high quality for the price (50€ incl. breakfast) we paid. Big comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Silent, though near motorway. If you pay list-price, the hotel is still an ok choice. The restaurant was nice to spend the evening in. It`s more, (40 minutes?) than walking distance to Venlo centre. A charming little town. The quality of the dinner was far below its price. |

Very friendly staff, comfortable bar and restaurant, good menu for dinner (although a little expensive) and an excellent breakfast selection. For €51 it was great. The motorway noise is a little annoying - its fine with the window closed but it was quite warm in the room and the aircon is not very powerful. Also, when we checked in, we were given a room that had not been made up/cleaned but we were given a new room immediately. |

Excellent and friendly staff, plenty of free parking, excellent breakfast. Staffing seems to be very stable since you always see the same faces over the years. Can be noisy if you are on the side of the hotel nearest the motorway. Not a problem if you can close the windows. |

The breakfast is very good and has variety of choices. However, during our last visit, the juice seemed to be mixed with water. That was very disappointing, considering such a good status of a hotel. Would be excellent if internet was free of charge, especially to your regular clients! |

Ja. bediening was goed maar heel langzaam. Er was gewoon te weinig personeel. Dat gold voor het diner zaterdagavond maar ook voor de receptie. Lang niet altijd was er gelijk iemand bij de receptie en het diner werd veel te laat en met te grote tussenpauzen opgediend. We hebben over een soep en een hoofdmaal bijna 2, 5 uur gedaan. Bovendien was het eten niet meer lekker warm. Daarnaast is de handleiding over het hotel die op de kamer ligt volstrekt onvoldoende. Verschillende zaken moesten nagevraagd worden bij de recptie daar dit niet duidelijk in de handleiding stond. bijvoorbeeld of de airco zoals in vele hotels in het buitenland gebruikt kon worden als verwarming of niet. Slechte voorlichting. |
