Outstanding high quality for the price (50€ incl. breakfast) we paid. Big comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Silent, though near motorway. If you pay list-price, the hotel is still an ok choice. The restaurant was nice to spend the evening in. It`s more, (40 minutes?) than walking distance to Venlo centre. A charming little town. The quality of the dinner was far below its price. |

Very friendly staff, comfortable bar and restaurant, good menu for dinner (although a little expensive) and an excellent breakfast selection. For €51 it was great. The motorway noise is a little annoying - its fine with the window closed but it was quite warm in the room and the aircon is not very powerful. Also, when we checked in, we were given a room that had not been made up/cleaned but we were given a new room immediately. |

Lobby is manned 24 hours. International phone call rates are surprisingly low. Excellent restaurant and bar. |

Excellent and friendly staff, plenty of free parking, excellent breakfast. Staffing seems to be very stable since you always see the same faces over the years. Can be noisy if you are on the side of the hotel nearest the motorway. Not a problem if you can close the windows. |

Comfortable room, Great breakfast. Quality restrurant. Had British TV too !! WIFI wasn't free, and these days should be. It was expensive so I didn't bother |

The breakfast is very good and has variety of choices. However, during our last visit, the juice seemed to be mixed with water. That was very disappointing, considering such a good status of a hotel. Would be excellent if internet was free of charge, especially to your regular clients! |

The location was good. Next to the motorway A67 and only 3 kms to the centre of Venlo. Plenty of free parking. Reception staff were friendly and made you feel welcome. The bedroom was spotless. Bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and enough towels and had a large walk in shower with a granite sitting area within it. Nice touch. The toilet is in its own room seperate from the shower area |
