I had a problem with my first room, as it was too noisy, and I asked at reception. They kindly moved me to another one, so I was so pleased and great full. the toilet paper quality is not too good. Also, i missed having a kettle to get a tea or coffee on the room |

Perfectly decent hotel, convenient, OK rooms, but not really worth the high rate I paid. Plumbing in the bathrooms was poor- shower kept going from hot to cold. Lighting was poor in the rooms, for example, not bright enough to read in bed, and the bed side lamps were screwed down, so you couldn't move them closer. |

Parking. 1) Since I am going to this hotel, internet is poor, disconnection every 5 minutes. No wireless as advertised. Cable is 1 meter long to attach to TV, so you have to work with your laptop on your knees, almost sitting on the TV. 2) Room was f r e e z i n g, central heating on 5 giving no more than on 1 ... Complaining to the reception did not help ... |

Comfortable beds, the breakfast buffet was excellent. It's ridiculous to charge 6 euros an hour at a hotel that caters to business clients. Rude, deplorable behaviour from the hotel security staff. |

no alternative entrances from the car park between the rooms - means you have to walk around to the reception while it's not necessary. Could easily be solved with a door that could be operated with the magnetic hotel cards. |

Very attentive and friendly staff, free and easy parking, fair price and comfortable room with all amenities. Great breakfast buffet!! It was a warm night and the room did not have air-conditioning. I could switch rooms and pay 10 euro extra for a room with a/c...I thought that was odd. The rooms could be fitted with a mini-bar... |

The room was confortably set out. The veranda to my room alllowed me to sit out in the fresh air during the evening. Room were rather hot at night. Some form of AC or fan would have helped. Shower door handle caught my fingers when opening from the inside. |

Excellent value for money and great access to motorway. We had to wait whilst being ignored for some considerable time before being able to check in. We eventually had to go find someone only then did the person ignoring us attend to us. We both thought this very very rude. |

The Staff was very courteous and helpful No air-conditioning. Plus, there was some confusion on the number of rooms that I reserved. My paperwork indicated that I reserved 2 ea rooms. The other person that I traveled with was going to pay for one of the rooms - I would pay for the other. The Van Der Valk interpreted this reservation as having two rooms within a bigger room (not separate rooms). Somehow the the translation was lost but the staff accommodated the original reservation with no problems or delays. |

As we were attending a sporting event having the buffet breakfast included was fantastic. Well done to Van der Valk for providing an excellent variety to suit anybody. The only slight disappointment, a comment made by a lot of our group, that there wasn't tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. |
