Room & facilities good. Easily accessible from Motorway. Very close but not noisy. Unwilling to serve tap water in restaurant as not hotel policy in case no other drinks are ordered!! |

gently reception, easy parking and location to find, clean bathroom you have to pay for all extras (wifi, extra bed, etc.), crowdy breakfast (orange juice machine wasn't working well), cigarettes on the balcony, labyrinth to find the swimming pool |

I stay in hotels 60 nights per year and this was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Highway noise as well as guest noise from unruly customers above to the smokers standing outside the bar until 3 am. |

rooms were extremely comfortable and the disabled room was exceptional! the breakfast was the best we have had in a long time! would definately use the hotel again. thankyou. |

Easy to find - adequate free parking for hotel guests. Walking distance to Indoor Sportcentrum Eindhoven, our destination. Booking in/out well organised. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bar and lounge area. The absence of a kettle in the bedroom. |

Good facilitie. Clean and warm decoration feeling There was internet access problem. The receiption blamed my labtop problem without further investigation in the first place. No engineer could tackle the problem on Sunday. The Internet was not accessible till my check-out in the noon of Monday. |

my room was clean and comfortable. yes I asked if breakfast was included in my booking and was told yes, then charged for it at check out.Also the family I travelled with stayed in the room next door and only paid 59 euros including breakfast. |
