My son was poorly during our visit the staff were second to none when it came to assisting me. they even had my meal sent to our room. well done Van der valk, Arnhem. |

Friendly staff and very helpful, Food, very good and reasonly priced, easy access to main road and bus service to Arnhem. Lovely rooms Seem to have a problem filling the tea and coffee bowl each day |

being able to hire bicycles and the food was very good Without a car the hotel was difficult to go locally to places having to rely on an hourly bus service |

Hotel was tired - had to take 2 rooms for a family of five and we cannot believe that a hotel the size of this could not deal with a family of five in one room. Restaurant service was poor and the fish dishes were overcooked. |

The room was confortable even if the design is not very convenient (no tablets in the bathroom or stand in the shower). The staff was helpfull. It was very quite. The internet connection thought the TV did not work. |

It was convenient for access to the motorway network. The food was excellent. The guy who ran the small bar in the basement provided excellent and friendly service.. On our first night the service in the restaurant was very poor. We were kept waiting for an unreasonable time between courses. |

The rooms were pleasantly appointed. The bathroom was large and impressive. The buffet was adequate. Free parking was a plus. The shower had mold in it. The lighting over the sinks in the bathroom was inadequate. |

The dinner and breakfest were perfect: a large choice and very tasty! The blanket was with white spots on it and the room was not perfectly cleaned as usually the case for the Van der Valk hotels (A4, Spier, Assen) |

Convenience. Spaciousness. Cleanliness Toilet seat cover was very loose. Hotel staff stated they had nobody to fix it during the weekend, but would send someone the first working day. |

Hotel selbst war sehr schön! Gutes Frühstück, Esssen toll, und die Bar war auch sehr fein (etwas älter aber trotzdem noch schön), Hatten ein Tripel Komfort. Das zimmer war etwas kleiner aber trotzdem sehr sauber. Dusche und Bad wahren renoviert (jahr 2006) und gefielen mir am besten. Hotel personal wahr sehr freundlich und aller sprachen sehr gut Englisch. Im großen und ganzen ein sehr schönes Hotel aber ein paar kleinichkeiten gehören noch gemacht. (Teppich an manchen stellen) |

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Jedoch waren wir nicht allzu viel im Hotel, da wir an eine Party gingen am Abend und nur dort waren um auszunüchtern. Restaurant ist top, Preise günstig und Bedienung höflich. Menuekarten sind in diversen Sprachen vorhanden. Der Service im Restaurant war zum Teil etwas langsam, aber sehr freundlich. |

Enorm warm in het hotel en op de kamers; niet te regelen temperatuur. Geen minibar op de kamer of zelfs een glas om water uit de kraan te drinken. |

ondanks dat we laat aankwamen werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en dat gaf ons echt het gevoel dat we welkom waren. een ontzettend stug en onvriendelijke mevrouw die waarschijnlijk niet goed had geslapen liep in de ontbijtzaal rond waarvan je trek echt weg raakte. |
