La posizione geografica, per viaggiminauto e treno, non troppo distante dalle città di Amsterdam, L'Aia e Rotterdam. Non lontano dall'isola Texel, e dalle loclità a nord di Amsterdam. Comodo all'areoporto di Shilpol e alle stazioni ferroviarie.

La comodità e la facilità d'accesso, la disponibilità del personale che si è dimostrato davvero disponibile, l'ampiezza della camera e del bagno, con vasca e doccia separati, la varietà del cibo nella colazione.

Il dover uscire alla'perto dall'edificio dove c'era la camera per andare nella sala per la colazione; la possibilità della wifi (a pagamento, Euro 5,95 x 50 minuti) solo nel corpo centrale e non nelle camere, dove c'è solo collegamento con cavo e a costo ancora più alto.

It's still being remodeled. We got one of the newer rooms, but our friends did not. Their shower didn't even have a small glass screen to keep the water from spraying out. So that was a little weird. Also, not sure if the breakdown was in the translation or the way it's listed on booking.com, but they were upset that I wanted to have my 3 kids in the room with my husband and I (kids are 4, 3, 7 months - so of course they stay with me). The website said that all kids under 12 are free and that only one extra bed could be brought in. I figured since my kids sleep on the floor, and I didn't need an extra bed, that we would be fine. Was told it was some kind of fire hazard, but I'm not sure what else I should do.

Noice from other rooms! Very long distance from repeiption to rooms. You have to go outside to reach your room.

1.there wasn't parking available for the hotel guests upon arrival. Was told there is another event that filled the parking lot. 2. I wasn't informed the internet is still with cable. For such price you expect wi - fi in every room and free. that's quite the standard in this category hotels.

Conveniently located between Den Haag and Amsterdam/Schipol. Good restaurant.

I did not like pets being allowed. I don't pay hotel prices to have dogs urinating against the walls outside the motel rooms.

I like how clean the rooms were, the security of the hotal was great.

The way they were able to accomidate for my family with an exta cot and crib for out baby.

Our TV did not work for the two days we were there. The only person they sent was a young man to check the cables and to tell us there was nothing more he could do.

The food in the restaurant was excellent and the service first class.

The choice of wine was abysmal. The "Welcome package" of tea, coffee etc. was very stingy. 2 T-bags, 2 sugars and 2 creamers (no biscuits) for 2 people - compared to other hotels, this is a very stingy "Welcome package".
