При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается EUR 10,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 1.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.

Efficient service at the reception desk. Restaurant personnel should write down orders and not brag about their good memory. Also making (even one) excuse is good practice after (multiple) errors. |

The breakfast was great! It's still being remodeled. We got one of the newer rooms, but our friends did not. Their shower didn't even have a small glass screen to keep the water from spraying out. So that was a little weird. Also, not sure if the breakdown was in the translation or the way it's listed on booking.com, but they were upset that I wanted to have my 3 kids in the room with my husband and I (kids are 4, 3, 7 months - so of course they stay with me). The website said that all kids under 12 are free and that only one extra bed could be brought in. I figured since my kids sleep on the floor, and I didn't need an extra bed, that we would be fine. Was told it was some kind of fire hazard, but I'm not sure what else I should do. |

Easy access from highway Noice from other rooms! Very long distance from repeiption to rooms. You have to go outside to reach your room. |

spacious rooms, nice deco, new facilities 1.there wasn't parking available for the hotel guests upon arrival. Was told there is another event that filled the parking lot. 2. I wasn't informed the internet is still with cable. For such price you expect wi - fi in every room and free. that's quite the standard in this category hotels. |

Conveniently located between Den Haag and Amsterdam/Schipol. Good restaurant. I did not like pets being allowed. I don't pay hotel prices to have dogs urinating against the walls outside the motel rooms. |

Great value for money (Economic room for 50 EUR incl breakfast), nice room, clean and big bathroom, varied and tasty breakfast.Even had a playroom next to the restaurant (unfortunately with more playstation than toys) The hotel staff is not going out of their way to help you or even to ask whether you might need help. You could not say they are not polite, but they definitely are not nice and welcoming. Cleaning of room requested around 11am, not done at all that day (we did get new towels in a bag though - not that we needed them). |

We were unable to obtain a sandwich after 4.30 as the evening menu was in force. Our room was in need of redecoration. Ceiling very marked. Sheer curtains in need of cleaning. |

The way they were able to accomidate for my family with an exta cot and crib for out baby. Our TV did not work for the two days we were there. The only person they sent was a young man to check the cables and to tell us there was nothing more he could do. |

The food in the restaurant was excellent and the service first class. The choice of wine was abysmal. The "Welcome package" of tea, coffee etc. was very stingy. 2 T-bags, 2 sugars and 2 creamers (no biscuits) for 2 people - compared to other hotels, this is a very stingy "Welcome package". |

Schandalige behandeling in het restaurant smorgen. Mijn vriendin was s'avonds met een verzwikte enkel binnengekomen, waardoor s'morgens het "opstarten" wat langzamer ging. In het restaurant aangekomen (in een rolstoel) kregen we de mededeling dat we nog 10 min hadden om te ontbijten, werd ons de dichtsbijzijnde tafel bij het ontbijtbuffet geweigerd omdat het een 5 persoonstafel was ??? (geen kip te zien in de ontbijtzaal) en we hadden deze tafel gekozen ivm de toegankelijkheid met de rolstoel bij buffet en omdat de gemakkelijk "in te schuiven" was.Nu moesten we ergens achter in de zaal "om de hoek "parkeren" omdat die 2 tutten van 18 jaar in de ontbijtzaak te beroerd waren om ff voor 2 personen tafelbestek neer te leggen. Ronduit schandalig |
