We enjoyed our stay. It was what we expected. Yes i was sorry to find that the cot was a travelling cot (a very low bedding) instead of a normal one which my baby didn't like. |

Spacious room, excellent food, quiet location, superb bus services to Amsterdam and local villages. Friendly and welcoming staff. Internet connection too expensive. |

The hotel was set in a very nice location. The bus stop was very close by so made easy access to Amsterdam. The patio door had been left open after the room had been cleaned. |

location good, quiet also, breakfast buffet was good for North Americans no air conditioning, menu for North Americans was poor, except breakfast. Smoked uncooked bacon on club sandwich is not acceptable eating for North Americans. If the want to attract International guests they need lunch menu, French onion soup had no cheese and was not baked, sandwich with mushrooms, vegetables was on hard bread and little flavour |

Breakfast and comfort well not really. but i like to point out there is not a single sweet shop near by the hotel, except a 12 min bus ride to volendam center |

Very nice place to be one litle thing : if you room is located not too far from the fitness center, you hear training music, but it stops before 21H00, then it is not a real concern |

We hadden gevraagd om een extra (normaal) bed voor onze dochter van twee; gezien de extra kosten kozen we toch voor een babybedje. Bij aankomst werd ons ipv de standaard kamer die geboekt was een luxe kamer met 3e bed toegewezen, zonder extra kosten. Heel attent!!!! De kamer was erg ruim, goede bedden en een mooie schone badkamer die erg groot was, bad en douche apart; maar de kamer zelf was nogal stoffig; de meubels ed konden wel een lapje gebruiken. Maar dat was dan ook het enige dat er aan schortte. |

à 20min en bus d'amsterdam (gare): arret à 100m de l'hotel. 4 bus par heure de très tôt le matin juque tard dans la nuit. Hotel en pleine campagne, donc très calme (sauf peut-être coté terasse / bar en été). Parking gratuit sans les risques de la ville. Piscine. Buffet petit déjeuner à 10€ complet et varié! Personnel aimable. Restaurants à Volendam à 3km en bord de mer. Attention: par forte chaleur, demander impérativement un chambre avec air conditionné: elles ne sont pas toutes équipées et ce n'est pas clairement expliqué. Malgré la fenêtre ouverte et la présence d'une moustiquaire il est alors difficile de bien dormir. C'est le seul point faible |

La cercania para realizar las visitas a pueblos y ciudades (autobus cercano, parking) y la tranquilidad, al estar en las afueras mucho calor por la noche, no conocen la ropa de cama de verano? no disponia de aire acondicionado |
