The room was very comfortable, clean and with a small balcony with view to a small "lake". Very relaxing. The breakfast was excellent in quality and quantity. Perfect location near to Amsterdam by car or bus and close to small beautifull villages which worth to pay a visit. |

Good bathroom Overpriced, poor standard of room service food, rude receptionist, bad lighting in bedrooms, cleaning was basic, pillows were useless, soft and lumpy, noisy room overlooking a car park, reception never answer the phone, especially in the evening. only one English channel on TV. |

Friendly, efficient helpful staff. Lovely rooms with balcony & great beds. Convenient location with easy quick access to amsterdam by bus. Consistently good quality food & service in the dining room.will be back. Surprised the bar was closed early on saturday night although there were several guests looking for drinks who had to sit in the lobby & buy drinks from a vending machine.young barman adamant closed 11pm. |

It was clean and comfortable with good breakfast. Hotel is in a good location. Beds where not comfortable with 2 small beds together instead of a Queen or King. Service in the bar at night was very slow yet it was not busy young personal. |

It was a pleasant hotel, the room was very good and the breakfast was very good. Outside was really great as you could sit having a drink with lovely views of willow trees etc |

I liked its great proximity both to the nearby villages and to the city of Amsterdam. It was very well placed, lying on a highway, easily accessible to any unwarranted visitor. Despite its good amenities, it lacked an item which tends to be a standard for any 4-star hotel: an air conditioning system. |

It was convenient for meetings in Purmerend and clear of the Amsterdam traffic The lighting in the rooms was poor. It extremely difficult to work in the room under such conditions and this really needs addressing. If there is a time limit oon when the Table D'Hote menu is served, then it should say so and not even be stopped 15 minutes befopre that time is reached. |

We enjoyed our stay. It was what we expected. Yes i was sorry to find that the cot was a travelling cot (a very low bedding) instead of a normal one which my baby didn't like. |

Je bent centraal , Amsterdam,alkmaar,hoorn, je bent er zo.het ontbijd was prima , zwemmen fitnis wandelen,mogelijk heden genoeg.Vrijdag Vrijdag op zaterdag de hele nacht lawaai van dronken hotel gasten.zeker na een optreden geweest boven in de zaal. |

prima kamer en uitgebreid ontbijt; heerlijk zwembad NB sauna bij zwembad moet je apart betalen via fitnesscentrum en gaat in weekend om 16.00 u dicht! Dus sauna en fitness zit er wel bij maar is onafhankelijk van hotel! |

Prima kamer qua bed en douche. Prettig personeel bij in- en uitchecken. afstand van de kamer tot de ingang van het hotel, en de droevigheid van de lange weg er naar toe (smalle, treurige gang met v eel tussendeuren). |

Persoonlijk vonden wij de ligging heel goed.De bushalte is er tegenover, dus voor een bezoek aan b.v. Amsterdam of Volendam per ov is het een hele goede locatie |
