The reception staff at 11.00pm were very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were both very spacious. Good to get discounted rate as the room was not worth the full price of 125 euros. The two single beds pushed together as a double bed were not good because they kept moving apart and one of us fell in the gap all the time. The mattresses were too soft. The bed(s) were one of the worst I've slept in around the world. Secondly not having a kettle with tea/coffee making facilities in the room was also very disappointing. |

The location of the hotel is very unfriendly to pedestrains. People need to find the right way from getting off the bus to walk to the hotel. It is easy to get trapped on the other side of the highway and not able to go across it. |

The size of rooms, the various restaurants, the closeness to major roads were all good The food tastes a bit institutional; the hotel was difficult to get to because of the road system and there should have been some warning of this. |

Breakfast and service during breakfast was excellent Overall impression is that the hotel is in urgent need of a restauration. Specifically the doors close badly and let in a lot of noise from the corridor. Service at the reception was below average. |
