O atendimento muito gentil, a ótima localização junto ao Shopping de Amstelveen para onde pode-se ir à pé para fazer compras ou para pegar o ônibus para Amsterdam, a excelente torta holandesa de maçãs que é servida à tarde e a ótima cozinha do restaurante que abre à noite.

Não havia um computador para uso dos hóspedes.

The staff were friendly and really helpful. Internet access was cheap.

This is a poor excuse for a hotel, or even a hostel. The room was tiny and felt like a cell. The bed was a single, but left me with back ache. The energy efficient bulbs made the room dark and dreary. Breakfast was average and left me uninspired. The restaurant was busy the only time I ate, and it was massively overpriced for the quality of food. It was edible, but looked like a ready made meal that was microwaved and I was charged €20 for it! All of this, and €99 a night! I will never visit this place again, and will stay in the centre next time.

It is a good price/value ratio, but you have to accept lower standard of bathroom (just shower with curtain)

The staff ( a girl with a long blond hair) was friendly and helpfull. The room was clear, the shopping fascilities were nearby.

In the room was extremly hot during our stay, The wallpaper was dirty and falled down near to the entrance of our room entrance. At the breakfast they serve by they hands the cofee and tee and it was not a real buffe breakfast.

Very nice hotel, close to Schiphol Airport and motorway, which makes it easy accessible. Cosy, clean room with excellent Wi-Fi solution. Outstanding (as for Benelux region) breakfast. Very friendly and out- going staff of the hotel.

I found the staff extremly helpful and pleasnt especially the mature blonde lady who served me breakfast on the 29th morning. The room was very clean. But unfortunatley it was not value for money compared to other cities.eg u can stay in a 4star hotel in dublin with the use of spa gym etc for 2nights bed and breakfast for 99 euro.i understand every city is different.all in all except for the price everything was very good

Not value for money compared to other cities.not that ur hotel was dear compared to other hotels in amsterdam. Just that accomadation amstedam is over all expensive compared to some other cities. Ur hotel how ever was cheaper than most especially with being unsuite

We could stay in the hotel with our three kids in one room which was fantastic because most hotels made us take two rooms..
