Excellent Concierge. Good breakfast buffet. Carpets everywhere, poor bathrooms, views across back yard and lower 1st floor roof. |

The location and comfort of this hotel is it's best point Breakfast, even though a buffet breakfast, was very bland with a limited choice. |

I have stayed at this hotel previously. The staff remembered me and were very friendly towards me. The hotel is clean and ideally located for touring Amsterdam and links to the rest of the country and airport |

The location was why I chose this hotel, it's proximity to the railway station. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, at reception and in the restaurants. A real pleasure to deal with them! When we arrived the room was sparkling, however after the first day, it never quite looked the same. Coffee supplies were not replenished. Not enough attention paid by housekeeping when doing the room. |

Very good location for making day trips around Holland and Belgium. Of course great location for seeing Amsterdam. I loved the stay of over a week. I would not say I did not like it, but its room's interiors are dated but very functional just the same. That's why it doesn't have a fifth star! I gladly gave up the star in order to pay half what the five star hotels would have cost. |

We have stayed at the hotel about ten times over the last few years, including three times this year. It is in a great location and the breakfast is great! We were very disappointed that although we had registered for a reward card on our last visit, we were not allowed to use it this time. We forgot to take it with us but hoped the details would be stored on the hotel computer. Unfortunately because the booking was made in my name this time the receptionist said it would be too difficult to access my husband's details. |

To close to the train station. Easy to connect and trasfer. The first time I stayed at the Victoria was about 25 years ago. Getting old I would like to have access without asking for help. |

Hotel check-in terrible and staff's ability to handle issues awful. Not a clean hotel either very grubby! Avoid!!! |

Very good location opposite Main Railway Station. Our superior room at the rear of the hotel was spacious and quiet. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was rather expensive although a few Euros less if booked with the room. The charges for internet use in the business centre were many times more than nearby internet cafes. |

Near to Central Station and the city center. Places of interests are within walking distances. What I love the most is the helpfull hotel staffs. |

Proximity to station yet very quiet. Comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast. Swimming pool (see below for negative side) Pleasant, helpful staff. Great having the swimming pool but many hotel guests we spoke to felt they were treated differently from the other users of the pool. Had to pay for sauna. |

The cleaniness of the hotel was excellant most staff were very helpful and very pleasant. Is an excellant location A particular staff on reception who checked us in was highly rude and should have been more informed with rooms ect of the hotel. It was not a good start to our holiday because of this. Also rooms are very small and not many rooms with great view, they are a bit old fashioned for the price you pay, windows do not open only about an inch. Have to pay for use of fitness centre. |

we chose this hotel based on its location and the feedback provided about hotel staff. We were not disappointed. Front desk staff at this hotel are some of the best we have encountered. A++ It is a fairly large hotel. |
