We were upgraded and had an excellent large room overlooking an architectural highlight - the Railway Station. The hotel was just SO convenient for travel and town. |

I liked the location as it was central and easy access to and from the station. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I was dissappionted by the lack of replenishing the tea and coffee faccilities. I also think the price was a bit too expensive. |

The Hotel is very conveniently located across the road from the Central Station as well as close to the main shopping and nightlife. This was perfect as I was going doing business elsewhere in the Netherlands so I could easily fly in catch train to Amsterdaam and then catch train to my final destination on Sunday evening. I didn't realise that I booked a room with single bed. It was rather uncomfortable and the room was not not very large. |

The hotel was very central and most attractions were within walking distance. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and expedient when requests were made The hotel room which I stayed in was dated and would benefit from modernisation works. The carpets in the hallways need replacement |

I always loved the Victoria, Once I was shocked when I did not find the door in the corner. Last Tuesday I was given a beautiful sweet 231. As I entered I loved it but when I went to sleep with that nice bed on top of the Bathroom (Beautiful). But the ventilator was horribile running 24hrs a day. I would love to say in it again... But. Park Plaza Victoria is a comfortable and friendly hotel. It counts with excellent concierge service; they will recommend what to do in the city and where to go. Also, it is located across the street from the central station, and half block from the Excursion’s meeting spot. It is, also, only a few minutes from the palace and the main shopping street. |

I like the facilities (internet, swimming pool, café). The executive rooms we had were big with beautiful interior. It was a very busy day - the day of arrival and the people at the reception weren't very welcoming and friendly. They had difficulties in finding one of our reservations (we had booked two rooms in different names). |

It's location. The very helpful staff. We did not feel pressure to tip staff every time they helped. ( unlike many other European city hotels ) We were a bit confused by the name on the hotel. We were looking for the park plaza but the name on the hotel is the Victoria. |

Perfect location (close to Central Station and City Centre). Service was pleasant and good. Rooms and corridors look a bit dated and some noise from ventilator / lift (?) in room. |

The Park Plaza is very convenient to the Central Train Station. Just take the train from Schipol and walk across the street. It is central to the main downtown sites and nightlife - but the room was quite. Staff was courteous and the rooms were small, but comfortable. |

The location of the hotel is great. The size of the room and the bed. Room had two windows facing to walls! No natural light could come in.....no view at all. |
