I thought when I booked with booking .com that I had to pay up front but when I went to the hotel thinking I had paid I was informed that I had to pay in full then. This certainly wasn't made clear when I booked. This may catch some people out.

staff were very helpful when explaining where to go, what to see. no question was too much. located opposite the train station and on the edge of the city centre, so very convienient for all.

The staff were once again fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Derk and his colleague behind the bar were once again great.

I carried a swim suit. This hotel was going to be our only chance to swim and have some hydrotherapy. Sadly, the pool was closed due to chlorine imbalance. Why? That is easy to fix.

The staff and the location was very good. No bad impression at all.

The location is very good. The staff is very helpful. They offer no parking but contract through a firm that will store the car during your stay.

We were on the side facing the main train station area. There is a lot of traffic in this area. The room was very warm and so when opening the window, the noice of the traffic and people was very loud and disturbing when attempting to sleep.

Staff were very good and always really helpful.

Our room did not have a view (room 135) and there was an office near where we could hear workers laughing and talking, sometimes late night and early morning. Also I had to pay city tax, when I thought I paid for everything up front.

The hotel was very central. The room was spacious, but access up a small flight of stairs not so good.

The bathroom was awful. It was very small. It smelt musty and when you ran the sink tap the smell of bad drains came up. I did complain and the sent house keeping to put freshner down the drain. This masked the smell for a while.I would not stay at the hotel again.

Lovely clean Rooms. Friendly staff. Convieniently located. Beautiful food.

No spa facilities. Beauty facilities were'nt actually part of the hotel but next door. Two single beds pushed together with single duvets, especially after I requested a double room (it was out 1st Wedding Anniversary). No views from our room. Breakfast too expensive.
