Hotel simpático, bem localizado (frente à estação dos caminhos de ferro), pessoal prestável.

Ficámos no 1.º andar, num quarto de executivos e no corredor para chegarmos ao nosso quarto o cheiro era nauseabundo, apesar de se ver que houve um certo cuidado para o minorar uma vez que nas tomadas estavam ambientadores. No quarto felizmente não cheirava a nada.

Trata-se de hotel tradicional, arquitetura antiga, mas modernizada com eficiencia, a porta rotativa tem vitrine bem kitch. Os quartos são confortáveis, boa localização, funcionários gentís, preços razoáveis, o hotel tem restaurante/brasserie que atende bem o básico, sem brilho culinário.

A arrumação e limpeza dos quartos deixa a desejar. O concergiere atende apenas em holandês e inglês, poderia incluir espanhol, frances ou italiano. A recepção tem poucos funcionários pelo número de hospedes, nos horários de pico, o serviço congestiona e provoca filas. Não recomendo a inclusão do brackfeast na diária, que custa cerca de 22 euros.

This hotel was lovely when we arrived it was 9pm at night and as we were the last ones to check in they only had a small double left. We were told that if we wanted to that they would move us the next night, as we were stayin 3 night we said ok. The next day we were moved to a suite which was super. The room was huge with are great view over damak street and a canal. We would recommend this hotel to everyone. Every this is great about it the rooms, food, location, price ....

The only thing that I liked was the location

I stayed in executive room but that was not an executive room . a lot of noise from the air condition . No slippers.No shampoo, no soap when the first bottles have finished .Very small towels .Breakfast plenty of choices but very low quality .

Very friendly and efficient staff. Hotel comfortable and exceptionally well placed for arriving by train, and for accessing all parts of the city, on foot or by public transport. Good bar and restaurant facilities.

Although the accomodation was very good value for money, the food and drink was really overpriced.

It was only a short walk to the nearest CoffeShop!

£105 per night with no Breakfast included was a ripoff

I liked the location as it was central and easy access to and from the station. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

I was dissappionted by the lack of replenishing the tea and coffee faccilities. I also think the price was a bit too expensive.

Very beautiful location for to see Amsterdam city. Like it very much.

I always loved the Victoria, Once I was shocked when I did not find the door in the corner.

Last Tuesday I was given a beautiful sweet 231. As I entered I loved it but when I went to sleep with that nice bed on top of the Bathroom (Beautiful). But the ventilator was horribile running 24hrs a day. I would love to say in it again... But. Mr Gauci

i liked the location of this hotel. the staff were very helpful, the rooms very clean.

Location is why stayed again, easy to come from Schippol and go to fair ground RAI or meetings/or just tour in City

Room 223 had certain smell coming probably from kitchen, it was not possible to get rid of that. Othewise room was clean. Next time will not take room that part of building.

the staff where first class,they noted it was my wifes birthday and upgraded our room to a suite,would go there again.
