Am beneficiat de camera pentru fumatori cu o vedere superba catre Gara Centrala Camerele pentru fumatori au mobilier vechi care ar trebui schimbat iar asternuturile de pat schimbate in fiecare zi. |

I was quite disappointed about the level of comfort for the price we paid. The room was old, worn out and simple (not as what was shown in the brochures). However the service and help we received due to the camera we forgot and left behind upon departure was very good and the camera was found and is being returned to us by mail. Thanks |

As usual, excellent facilities in a great location.Staff are very friendly and customer service is good.Swimming pool is free. Breakfast is too expensive.Can eat locally in other cafe's and restaurants for a third of the price.On checking in was promised a free upgrade from the following day as a birthday treat/for being a regular guest but then they gave the room away to someone else ! |

room was okay and as expected with good facilities. Hotel is starting to look a bit tired.Hotels states swimming pool but its realy a plung pool. |

Very difficult to drop of bags and check in if needing to park the car. Very expensive parking lot (55 euros a day). should have an arrangement with the parking lot to have a hotel fee for parking |

Excellent Consierge service and great breakfasts The rooms we had were in an out of the way old part of the hotel with a brick wall outside the meeting. Otherwise hotel was good. |

Convenient to train station, friendly staff and good breakfast. Difficulty with access in some parts of the hotel with large suitcases. |

The location and comfort of this hotel is it's best point Breakfast, even though a buffet breakfast, was very bland with a limited choice. |

The location was why I chose this hotel, it's proximity to the railway station. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, at reception and in the restaurants. A real pleasure to deal with them! When we arrived the room was sparkling, however after the first day, it never quite looked the same. Coffee supplies were not replenished. Not enough attention paid by housekeeping when doing the room. |

Very good location for making day trips around Holland and Belgium. Of course great location for seeing Amsterdam. I loved the stay of over a week. I would not say I did not like it, but its room's interiors are dated but very functional just the same. That's why it doesn't have a fifth star! I gladly gave up the star in order to pay half what the five star hotels would have cost. |

We have stayed at the hotel about ten times over the last few years, including three times this year. It is in a great location and the breakfast is great! We were very disappointed that although we had registered for a reward card on our last visit, we were not allowed to use it this time. We forgot to take it with us but hoped the details would be stored on the hotel computer. Unfortunately because the booking was made in my name this time the receptionist said it would be too difficult to access my husband's details. |
