trenden indiğiniz anda otel hemen karşınızda konum dolayısıyla hiç bir şekilde oteli bulmakta zorlanmıyorsunuz. Aynı zamanda amsterdamın en ünlü meydanlarından birine ve alışveriş yapabilceğiniz caddelere bu oteli seçerek çok yakınlaşmış bulunuyorsunuz. Gecenin her saatinde bile ışıl ışıl ve çok yoğun olan bu meydana yakın kalmak insana enerji veriyor. Resepsiyondaki görevlilerin biraz daha iyi derecede ALmanca konuşması ya da Almanca sorulan sorulara İngilizce yerine Almanca cevap verselerde bizim açımızdan daha iyi olabilirdi. En azından dedikleri daha çok şeyi anlardık.Yani resepsiyondaki görevlilerin biraz daha fazla dil bilmesi gerekiyor. |

Otelin yeri mükemmel konumu cevresi herseyi ile ama standart odamız alt katta ve ben biraz otele göre odayı vasat buldum :(onun dışında bir problemimiz yok. |

The location was why I chose this hotel, it's proximity to the railway station. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, at reception and in the restaurants. A real pleasure to deal with them! When we arrived the room was sparkling, however after the first day, it never quite looked the same. Coffee supplies were not replenished. Not enough attention paid by housekeeping when doing the room. |

Very good location for making day trips around Holland and Belgium. Of course great location for seeing Amsterdam. I loved the stay of over a week. I would not say I did not like it, but its room's interiors are dated but very functional just the same. That's why it doesn't have a fifth star! I gladly gave up the star in order to pay half what the five star hotels would have cost. |

We have stayed at the hotel about ten times over the last few years, including three times this year. It is in a great location and the breakfast is great! We were very disappointed that although we had registered for a reward card on our last visit, we were not allowed to use it this time. We forgot to take it with us but hoped the details would be stored on the hotel computer. Unfortunately because the booking was made in my name this time the receptionist said it would be too difficult to access my husband's details. |

To close to the train station. Easy to connect and trasfer. The first time I stayed at the Victoria was about 25 years ago. Getting old I would like to have access without asking for help. |

Very good location opposite Main Railway Station. Our superior room at the rear of the hotel was spacious and quiet. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was rather expensive although a few Euros less if booked with the room. The charges for internet use in the business centre were many times more than nearby internet cafes. |

Proximity to station yet very quiet. Comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast. Swimming pool (see below for negative side) Pleasant, helpful staff. Great having the swimming pool but many hotel guests we spoke to felt they were treated differently from the other users of the pool. Had to pay for sauna. |
