Det var snusket, ildelugtende, bar præg af, at det blev brugt til prostitution.Uproffessionel modtagelse, ligegyldighed, Lille, snusket,trist kælderrum med lille vinduer i loftshøjde ud til gaden

Stjernene svarer overhovedet ikke til forventningerne til hotellets standard nye møbler, gulvtæpper, rengøring m.m

Hvis dette hotel er nyrenoveret og trestjernet, så er jeg Napoleon. Værelset (nr. 001) var alt for lille til en dobbeltseng, trafikstøjen voldsom (ingen støjdæmpning mod gaden lige udenfor), utætte vinduer så bilosen trak ind, tobaksrøg fra naboværelse(?). Badeværelset var OK. Reception og morgenmadslokale småsnuskede.

Ændre graderingen til 1-stjernet. Ændre prisen tilsvarende. Advare om kraftig trafikstøj.

The hotel has a good central location. The staff is nice and very helpful.

We chose the hotel because it was supposed to have a lift. There was a lift, but only inside the hotel. But to get inside the hotel you must climb 5 tall steps. The room was extremely small and tight. I had to stay in a room on the basement of the building, so that there was a lot of noise and it was cold.

Room was too small with bunk beds even though we had been confirmed a double room.

Fresh start of the day with a consistent Swedish breakfast, careful staff, nice view of the backyard and excellent location, near to the Heineken Brouwerij and Rijksmuseum.

Rooms a little bit small but comes with the low prices.

Free breakfest

Was supposed to have been parking but there was none and only paid street parking. Was also not represented as a hostel but the room was so small I could hardly walk in it and was in fact a hostel. Almost $70 for a hostel is terrible.

This hotel is quite expensive for its facilities. Uncomfortable and far from the center of the city. Hostel-like, dirty. But stuff is friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is fine, though it is not as quiet as Hotel Paganini (the same owners, just a couple of houses away). We booked Vivaldi but ended up staying at Paganini because the rooms available at Vivaldi were really small, with no room for two suitcases. Hotel Vivaldi is noisier than Paganini.

Most rooms at these two hotels are very small, difficult to fit a couple and two suitcases. Very few rooms have good windows (which makes the tiny room a bit better). The hotel is always full and the heating system was not working properly. Every evening it would go off and the room got quite cold.

no ansanser, poor breakfast, no coffee included at breakfast

I booked a non smoking room, but still there had been smoking in there. Threre were leftovers from cigarettes and it smelled!! The other rooms next door were also smoking though they too were supposed to be non smoking rooms. This was a great discomfort as there were no windows to open, so no fresh air could be let in. This resulted in dry eyes and a headache, not very nice.
