Cleanliness, having access to the Internet, kind staff, and good breakfest. Yes, there was. In my room, it smelt a bit bad. It was from the toilet I think, perhaps it needs to be repaired. |

No Coffee or Tea in your room. Had to pay 1 euro for a small coffee from reception. |

Having onsuite bathroom, the room was not a bad size for 2 people, there was a fold up bed for a third person, I think there wouldnt be much room with this up. The hotel was near the supermarket and local pubs. The breakfast was nice Cheese and ham with various breads, they had herbal teas not just normal tea and coffee. I did not like what some previous guests had wrote in the visitors book, the comments read bad and was telling people not to bother coming. I dont know why they wrote this as the hotel was very nice for the money. The only thing I would say is the dinning room is too small for the amout of people. |

friendly and helpful staff, clean room with private shower, good breakfast, good location with easy tram connection small rooms (not much of a problem for solo travellers), the stairs can be too steep for older people but there's also a small lift at the hotel, also the walls are thin and if you happen to have inconsiderate neighbours like I did it's possible to hear everything... |

Good breakfast, nice and friendly staff, clean enough and nice bathroom. I really recommend it, especially if you are going to be out all day long and coming just for some sleep, you'll feel confortable. Rooms very very small (I understand that buildings in Amsterdam are like this but if you plan to spend some time in the hotel room think twice) I had a single and the room was twice the size of the bed :) |

the only good thing was the free internet access the rooms are as small as anything I've ever discovered.... to change clothes you had to go into the shower which was the biggest available space.... |
