Anything but location. Don't ever think about it. Find another alternative.
The Location is great to explore Asterdam, as the public transport is right in front of the house and lots of places are in walking distance. The bathroom was quite new and was clean. They cleaned it everyday and changed the towels.
The walls in the room weren't very nice, they were a bit dirty. The room was small but that didn't botter us to much as we hardly spent any time at the hotel.
we didn't like this hotel because it was dirty,it was smelly and the staff wasn't smart and it wasn't confortable
Very small room.
the view to the garden
unkind, not helpful staff, the room could have been cleaner
Good location near tram lines and Rijksmuseum. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Bad location on a noisy main road. Uncomfortable sagging bed in a tiny room with a window only onto the stairwell. 5 storeys up with no elevator. Very much in need of redecoration and general upkeep. Very noisy from other guests climbing the stairs
The location was good and it was easy to get to places.
The toilet/cum shower is clean and nice but unfortunately, a foul smell occasionally came from there.
Its a regret we book our 2 night stay at this hotel..we booked for a quadruple room and expect to have a decent room at the hotel however when we checked in, the guy from the reception took us to a STORAGE room outside the hotel. The place is literally a "junk".. a room with 2 bunk beds and 2 single bed, a small bathroom, nxt to the street with a very old window and the room smelled like cockraches and rats live in there for ages.. we went back to the hotel and complained that its not the one we book...and the guy was of no help at all..he even offered to refund our money and look for another place..how would he expect us to react, its a dismay to see the room like that which we didnt book and tell us to just go and look for another hotel in a foreign country where we are suppose to have our vacation.. We strongly dont recommend this hotel especially to group of friends and family since they have a spare storage room to dump you there..
Only thing I liked was the shower and location.
Beds were ridiculous to sleep on, under the beds were filty with dust and dirt, the room felt like a cabin beyond tiny, smoking area only opened until nine and had broken chairs, coffee machine was not working, vending machine ate my money twice, no ventaliation in the bathroom, windows were covered with mild, as were the curtains, windows didn't close properly, as a result I woke up with several mosquito bites on my face on the first night of my holiday, defiently not a place I would recommend or stay in again.
loved Amsterdam and the community.
i thought the customer service was direbolical. The room wasn't what we expected but cheapest room around
Price, breakfast, clean rooms, helpful staff at the reception, towels were changed every day, near the city center
Small room (however, worth of the price), close to the crossroads, that's why a bit noisy for someone (earplugs really helped my sister!). Anyway, would recommend this hotel to our friends!!!
No hotel name on the hotel.
Everything. They use different pictures to trick us,the room it was completely rubbish and I have my 4kids with me.Avoid it
Space room, clean, beds
Location quite close to the city.
The staff was unfriendly and not very helpful. To leave our luggage they offered a corner in the breakfast room - no locks and no one to look over it. The bathroom smelled really bad. The room was very loud, walls and carpet dirty. The beds were much too soft.
location and proximity to the city centre, public transport facilities and other amenities.
location and staff on reception were very useful
no wifi in the rooms
On a tramway Line just at the heineken experience.
Little room with a Window opening on a corridor indoor. Nosing and smelling like sewers. Beds were unconfortable. Ok just to sleep but not too long. The breakfast seems to be included but its not quality.
The hotel was in a great location right next to the Heineken experience and about a 5 minute walk from leidseplein square and volderpark. The Amsterdam sign is right next door and it is easy to get to by tram. It was in a good location to get around. The rooms were small and basic but clean. Perfect hotel to use as a base.
The room was in a seperate building to the Lobby
The location was next to the Heineken experience, so very easy to locate. Which is ideal for Amsterdam, lovely strip of shops and restaurants 10 minute walk away. The best thing about this hotel is the location!
The hotel was very basic, wasn't anything to look at, quite run down. And there was a horrible smell in our room which wouldn't go away, think it was the fact we were down stairs. Also the lightening in the room wasn't good.
The cleaner and nighttime staff staff were pleasant helpful.
The beds were awful. When you sat at the bottom END of the bed you all but hit the floor. The rest of the bed was the same. We switched room only to find we were now sleeping in what felt like the letter U. A cheerful(ex. Light yellow, terracotta, peach) coat of PAINT in the bedrooms won't go amiss either.
