staff were very friendly and all spoke good english. felt that did not get great value for money. essentially payed 190 euro's a night for a big room,which was advertised as a junior suite. no tea or cofee and the bed was two pushed together with two single quilts.not very romantic!! no problems with the staff and location was good!! |

Good location in the city center. Just a hundred meter to the castle ruin and cableway, few minutes to get street with many restorants. Room was species, very comfortable and clean. Parking ability is close to the hotel (public, free at night). very helpful personal. Good ratio between price and the quality. Not so rich breakfast. Just a few choice but price is equal (just 5 Euro or something like that). |

Location to the Valkenburg shopping/restaurant areas. The breakfast meal price was included in the room, but the breakfast itself was very short on imagination and food. |

The buffet had a large array of foods. They gave our three year old a toy (rubber ducky) which she loved. The hotel was close to the Valkenburg caves. We walked easily there. Dated furniture, non-working radio. Room-service only could offer tomato soup and french fries. |

gastvrijheid, en dat ik mijn auto gewoon kon laten staan tot we weer naar huis zouden gaan. De man aan de balie bij het uitchecken was zeer gastvrij en zei , doet u maar lekker rustig aan. Zo hoort het ook. daar worden mensen vrolijk van.. |

Het hotelpersoneel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas was er geen airconditioning op onze kamer, we hebben de ramen moeten openen tijdens de nacht omdat het veel te benauwd was en dit zorgde voor wat geluishinder. Van het ontbijtbuffet hadden we meer verwacht voor een 4 sterren hotel. |

Een uitstekend, representatief hotel. Ligging van dit hotel is ook perfect, in het centrum. Personeel is professioneel, vriendelijk en uiterst behulpzaam. Helaas geen airconditioning, was afgelopen week (27) wel hard nodig.Mischien een optie? |

er was één diner met kabeljauw. Had al gereserveerd in ander restaurant, gelukkig!! Toen we de obers met deze bewuste kabeljauw zagen voorbij gaan was de reuk nogal indringend, om geen ander woord te gebruiken. |

Klantvriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamer met goede meubels en bedden. Luxe badkamer. Prettig dat er ook een lift was. Veel lawaai van buiten. Kleine tv waarvan de afstandsbediening niet goed functioneerde. Let ook op voor uitglijden in de badkamer bij uitstappen uit het bad. Is mogelijk om uit te glijden en je hoofd te stoten tegen de wastafel. Voor oudere mensen gevaarlijk. |

Het is een statig hotel. Ik had 2 kamers geboekt. In de kamer voor mijn kinderen hingen wat stofrwebben. beide kamers roken muf. Het ontbijtbuffet was te gewoon. |
