Tot el personal ens va atendre perfectament, des dels recepcionistes, passant pel metre fins al personal de neteja. Coordialitat absoluta! La neteja de l'habitació molt correcte. L'habitació espectacular en quant a qualitat-preu. Tot i que l'habitació no era al mateix edifici que el hall, no ens va importar perquè l'hotel es compasada de cases adosades, i és l'hotel en sí (ho dic per comentaris que vaig llegir abans d'anar-hi). Hotel molt confortable, i el restaurant d'alta qualitat. Durant 2 dies hi va haver l'ascensor espatllat, i l'accés per escales molt dolent ja que són de típiques escales de casa holandesa. Els clients deixaven les safates al terra dels passadissos quan ja havien acabat perquè els hi recollissin. |

The courtesy of the staff, particularly the actions of the duty manager with regard to early check-in - which the receptionist initially told me would incur an hourly charge up until 15.00. A personal dislike of the lay-out of the restaurant/bar area. |

Breakfast was wonderful, but pricey! Location was excellent. Room was very small, altought I have made the reservation for a spacious room, and was charged for that extra 30 euros. |

The location was brilliant. The rooms were too warm and the air conditioning did not work well. We asked for a queen sized bed and got two single beds - which was quite frustrating. |

The location is great, easy walking to the center but still very quiet. The room is really confortable and the bed was amazing! Staff at reception were very nice. The breakfast was not worth the price (and it was not included in the room) and staff were really rude and treated us like we were bothering them. |
