Fourth time at the Vondel Hotel. Excellent rooms, and very helpful staff. It's certainly well above average for Amsterdam. The chambermaid was very irritable which was quite funny. |

Nicely designed rooms - overall visually appealing. Food very good. Although the hotel was lovely and I had a lovely meal in the garden, I thought several of the staff were barely civil. Also the pillows in the room could have been more comfortable (but then again, I am particularly fussy about pillows). |

No comments - I came late and left early The room was overloaded with furniture - very little floor space. |

Great location, very accessible. Very cute overall, staff were nice, bike rental. Chic interiors and variety of rooms. We had a pretty small room and it was still good. we'll stay there again for sure. Breakfast was way too expensive. needed some touch-ups, like clean marks off the walls and replace worn out items, seemed too nice for those things. Taxes not all included in booking price. |

I like the area and atmos at the hotel. That we have to pay VAT and other things that was not included in the first price. |

Fabulous location and great design. The rooms are lovely. This was my second stay and it has always had a terrible breakfast. The coffee is undrinkable and the choice is very unexciting. Its not exactly a cheap hotel so one expects much better. |

Hotel ambience, decor, comfort and value for money. breakfast was good (if overpriced, see below) Being told by check in staff that we had not paid in full in advance when we had. Breakfast overpriced |

we loved the locationa and the style and comfort of the hotel the restaurant attached to the hotel did not have a full dinner service menue and this is a problem when you are tired at night and just want to relax and eat without going out again. |

The location of the hotel was perfect to what we had to do in Amsterdam. Dancing at Jimmy Woo and shopping the next day! |

This was a wonderful place for my stay in Amsterdam. After reading Booking.com reviews I decided I didn't want to stay near the train station with the conditions of those hotels, and with the Red Light District being so close. The Hotel Vondel was less than a ten euro taxi fare and the neighborhood was clean, residential, near Vondel park and the museums. |

The hotel staff were very helpful - on arrival they provided us with a map of the city and discount vouchers for different tours. We booked a triple room which was very comfortable and included extras which we hadn't expected like a minibar etc. The hotel is also very close to the city centre and a nearby park - so there was no need for taxis. |

Good location, very close to city centre and Vondelpark. Nice interior. Bad isolation, it was like someone was entering our room when a door would open/close in the corridor. Extremely expensive public parking spaces (along the street and in covered public parkings: 3 or 4 euros or even more an hour), but that seems to be the case all over Amsterdam. |

Located in a very nice area in the city. My hotel room was very small with too much furniture which made it very difficult to move around the bed. We also requested twin beds and got a double bed. |

The staff were friendly and the standard of common facilities high. Bed was not great. Temperature of room difficult to control. Glasses not cleaned, but placed back as though they were. Noisy. |

The hotel is situated in the historical heart of the city. Within walking distance you'll find many shopping streets and department stores. |
The atmosphere of a residential area, and still only three minutes from the heart of Amsterdam: the lively Leidseplein. That is the charm of this cosy hotel. |
Located right near Vondelpark and across from the square of Leidseplein, the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel offers luxurious accommodation and first-class service. |
Hotel Estheréa is ideally located on one of the most beautiful and quiet canals in the centre of he city, only 300 metres from the Dam Square and the Royal Palace. |
