Foarte mult mi-au placut camerele, care desi unele sunt foarte micute sunt foarte dragute, nu au aspectul tipic de hotel, ci mai degraba iti dau senzatia ca esti intr-o camera din casa ta. Fiindca am stat doua saptamani cu intrerupere la acest hotel am avut si experiente placute dar si una neplacuta. Dupa prima saptamana mi-am facut check-out-ul, urmand sa ma intorc dupa 3 zile. Rugamintea mea a fost sa primesc aceeasi camera. Desi mi s-a promis, acest lucru nu s-a intamplat, camera fiind ocupata cand m-am intors. |

I liked the location close to Vondel Park. It was set on a quiet street and the view out to the back with trees was nice. I also liked the heated floor in the bathroom especially with the cold weather. I did not like the unapproachable nature of most of the reception staff. There were never many smiles offered when approaching the reception counter. |

Te room was very spacious and the large bath and waterfall shower were excellent. The windows of the room were at street level and there was quite a bit of noise from the street, especially at night. |

The Excellent Staff The hotel Breakfast was a big let down. It was over priced for what we recieved. The staff didn't seem to understand the menu. We ordered egg's benedicts but there was no Hollandise Sauce on it instead they put Mo on top...... For €19.99 it was not good enough. When we explained this to the staff menber she did not know what Hollandise sauce was. If you look at the breakfast menu it was even on it. |

The restaurant is decorated beautifully with a mix of modern and classic design touches. Good breakfast buffet. Great location - walking distance to shopping, museums, vondelpark, but slightly off the main streets, which makes it feel more private and residential. The room was very small. |

This was a lovely little boutique hotel. I expected the rooms to be tiny but in fact they were a perfect size. The rooms are lovely and the shower is probably one of the best I've had in a hotel. Lovely soft beds too with great pillows. |

great location, great breakfast, clean rooms, all in all, everything was fine, would recommend... not all that friendly staff.. asked for thermometer, and was kept waiting for more than hour just to find out they don't have it, when called back, they sounded pretty rude... |

Hotel Vondel is in an excellent location. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past both for business and pleasure and I have never been dissapointed. |

The hotel is very near to Leidseplein where there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Hotel was very clean and modern. Room was very comfortable with an excellent en-suite toilet/shower-room. |

The hotel was very central, modern, comfortable and perfect for me and my friend. We chose the larger double room resulting from pictures and reviews on the website. The larger room was very comfortable with lots of space and we thoroughly enjoyed it as we both like our own space. |

Pleasant and friendly staff, clean Only two single rooms, of which one was more of a children's room than anything else. not recommendable to book a single's room. The double that I booked for my family was fine. |

It was very quiet and very nice to stay at the hotel. The hotel garden is very relaxing and we liked the furniture of the room. The hotel staff was also very friendly. |

Very beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are quite spacious but beds were not up to standards. Hotel restaurant was very good. Overall a nice atmosphere. The mattresses are awful, could not get a single good night sleep. Whereas the à la carte breakfast was mediocre and badly prepared, the continental one was very good! No easy access for disabled or bay buggies. |

Location very good, near park, near but not too near centre I had a single room, I thought rather small. Check -in time of three pm is too late, additional charge per hour for early check-in unfair. |
