Cancellation
If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

We will not stay here again.Impersonal,corporate,dull,dark decor,in need of refurbishment. The taxi fare into Maastricht was 25eu each way. |

Goede bedden, goed ontbijt. Sobere, basic inrichting. Een kleine badkamer maar wel met een goede douche. Dit hotel is een goede uitvalbasis om de omgeving te verkennen en voor een lekker weekendje weg. |

Bij aankomst nogal verrast, dat de geboekte kamer niet beschikbaar was. Het alternatief, kamer 204, is ons echter uitstekend bevallen. Het was beter geweest om verrassingen te voorkomen even tevoren een mailtje aan ons te zenden. Voor de rest: niets dan lof ! |

Het waren nette, gerenoveerde kamers. Het hotel is zeer rustig gelegen. De kok heeft ons een zeer lekkere 4gangen-menu gepresenteerd voor weinig geld. Ze hebben ons daar in de watten gelegd voor onze zilveren jubilee. Waarvoor nogmaals dank. Wij komen zeker terug. |

l'hotel est très agréable, bien situé, il est à 5 min du centre ville de Maastricht réellement en voiture. il n'est pas très bien indiqué, à l'entrée du village, peut être faudrait-il une pancarte plus grande ! |

The hotel is in a very nice area, easy access to the nature reserve area on foot or by bike. Breakfast was excellent. The furniture in the room was extremely small, no place for clothes. No sauna or fitness room in the hotel, but I suggest you to visit Therma 2000 in Valkenburg, you can stay there until 11 Pm. |

El entorno enmedio de un bosque y el desayuno buffett y la cercania a la autovia. la dificultad de encontrarlo,ni el "tomtom" daba con el...muy mal indicado,la habitacion muy simple y la cama incomoda a mas no poder.Los precios de la cafeteria "intocables" salia mas a cuenta tomar cerveza que agua,increible. |

het personeel is erg vriendelijk Vooraf was via mijn werkgever (mijn overnachting was gekoppeld aan een meerdaagse training) aangegeven dat er vegetarisch gegeten kon worden. Uiteindelijk werd mij gevraagd of ik wellicht vis wilde eten. Ik heb daar geen bezwaar tegen gemaakt, maar vind het wel jammer dat de kok blijkbaar weinig uitdaging ziet in vegetarisch koken. |

De ligging. Mooi natuurgebied en dichtbij Maastricht en Valkenburg. Een prima hotel! (prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding) Kleine badkamer / geen slot badkamerdeur. Als we op de wc zaten raakten onze knieën bijna al de douchedeur. Verder wel schoon en zo hoor...prima hotel verder. |
