Very good location, 20 minute walk from station, or could use public transport. Rotterdam walkable from hotel. Very good breakfast, helpful staff, good restaurants close.

our room had an ornate plaster ceiling, a beautiful mantelpiece and a balcony overlooking the street. We hadn't expected anything like this in Rotterdam and we liked a lot.

Location - close to many restaurants and central station Breakfast - good variety Cleanliness Wifi Aircon - when we moved to one with it Staff moved our luggage to new room when we were out.

Arrogant man at check-in (only with me, not my husband though) Room without air con - arrived late afternoon (36 deg C) after riding the bicycles 80km from Breda to find I had booked a room without aircon. lists hotel facilities as having aircon, so one should be able to presume that means aircon in the rooms. When traveling in summer take care when booking your room unless you don't mind sleeping in your own sweat! Don't book a standard room, book a comfort room. When we asked for a fan a token "look" was done to find one, which of course was never available to start with. We were there for 2 nights and when we asked to upgrade, they told us there were no rooms avail. Checked and whilst there were none avail for the first night, there were 4 avail for the 2nd night but it was not offered until we insisted.

The location is close to center, quiet location, very good breakfast, comfortable rooms

It was impossible to turn on the air conditioner or repair it.

This place had everything I needed: refrigerator, optional air conditioning, free Wifi, a garden, etc. Plus it was located in an interesting neighborhood within walking distance of several nice bakeries and a grocery store. Access to transport was also ideal! I would definitely stay there again :)

While Wifi was free, it was very slow and occasionally unavailable. This would be my only complaint.

This felt like a small, old European boutique hotel with modern benefits like fabulous wifi and plenty of hot water. Our room was lovely and spacious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There were a couple front desk temporary technical glitches--e.g. room key coder not working--but these were soon resolved and reminded us that we weren't staying in an anonymous chain hotel. Highly recommended!

Basic but correct for the price. Good mattress, clean room and bathroom, TV small but OK. Many radio stations. Quiet, except drains when rooms higher up flush toilet.

Breakfast relatively expensive. There are better alternatives nearby (such as Wester Paviljoen). Stairs very steep, but there is an elevator.

The Receptionist was welcoming and helpful, directing us to their paid parking, such a good idea as walking and public transport much easier. Room was for 3 people and large. It was at the front and quiet. An easy location for the city, hear ours and museums. We would stay there again.

Only the parking system in the city, not the hotels fault! You couldn't pay meters with cash, credit or debit. Had to have a special local payment card. not conducive to visitors at all!!! So park the car (E15 per 24 hours)walk or bus or metro which is good, once you have a ticket!

A great family hotel. I really think they went out of their way to be helpful. We stayed in a 4bed room as we were taking our grandchildren on holiday. It was roomy and homely. I appreciate others saying it could be modernised a bit but we all liked it. Would recommend.

Good location close to the centre of Rotterdam with off site parking which is useful. Room comfy & Breakfast good. Lovely garden to sit out & enjoy the sun. We had a nice large room but wouldn't want to pay full price for one of their small double rooms as they are small!!

Great place, service and beds. Perfect location in Rotterdam and at a good price, like the breakfast! Nice building on a side streets and only 20 or so rooms make this a boutique hotel. Very friendly staff!

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel provided showers to use after the Rotterdam Marathon. Close to a very good African restaurant nearby. Phenominal breakfast!

Rooms a little dated, room card did not work.

the room was very spacious, with a little balcony (although I think we were lucky, for I haven't seen other balconies... ) the position is very good. You can walk to the centre in 10 mins, or to the Erasmusbrug in 10 mins. You can also walk to the central station in less than 20mins. Buses... there is a bus just outside the hotel that goes to the main station. Other buses to the centre. Very well connected! Wifi is free, no login required, you can use multiple devices.
