La cordialità del personale Il collegamento WiFi a pagamento nelle camere, in altri alberghi meno costosi il servizio era gratuito. Il servizio di pulizia non sempre di qualità. La mancanza di spazio nella camera. |

ottima disponibilità del personale. L'hotel è in una posizione tranquilla e comoda al tram e alla metro. Camera deliziosa con accesso al giardino. |

This is a hotel with its own personality and charm in a quiet location with a lovely garden in the back. It is a home away from home - not like the boxes you stay in for a night and cannot remember the day after. The staff is personable, attentive and caring. |
