Offers an ordered, quiet and convenient stay. Popular comments about steep stairs? Ask for 1st floor. Breakfast good, security good, transport fine. Walk to the museums and Concertgebouw. Two managers were very efficient. So no problems, would stay there every time in beautiful Amsterdam.. |

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood but still close enough to the city center. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. Our double bed was not wide enough for two people nor long enough for a tall person, but otherwise it was perfect |

Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful (ask them about public parking). I had a small room which came with a shared bathroom. The toilet and bathroom were very well maintained and cleaned every day, so no worries about sharing it with others. The breakfast was very basic. It will make you full, but it won't be too delicious. I missed having a great breakfast and honestly, next time I would rather not pick the breakfast option and just find something myself. Actually, there was a great place just a block away which serves inexpensive and delicious breakfast/lunch. |

Friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, quiet and pretty residential area close to the museums. The room/mini apartment felt very homey with its little kitchen and Old World decor. |

Very nice staff, and the Hotel is realy well situated. It's a bit far from the center, but Amsterdam is so small - that it takes only 30 minutes of fast walking to get there, or 10 minutes by tram. It's a nice and quiet neighborhood just 5 min walk from Vondelspark, nice to have breakfast there in the morning. Put something on the stairs to make them safer ) |

Upon arrival, the guys running the place were very helpful. They sat us down and gave us pointers on everything we told them we planned to do. They gave us maps and marked on them everything we needed to know(trams, major shopping areas). We arrived early in the day and our room was not ready but they took care of our luggage and had it in our 3rd floor room by the time we got back. If you are going to Amsterdam for the coffeeshops, this hotel has signs posted that cannabis use is not allowed and can get you kicked out. I'm not sure how strict they are with this but it is worth keeping in mind. On the plus side, neither our room nor the halls had any odor of smoke in them. |

Staffs are really nice and helpful. Room is clean. Breakfast and service are good. It's located in a more quiet neighbourhood which I'd rather prefer than those near the station. |

Hotel staff was very helpful. Clean and nice hotel. Good value for money. We stayed in a three-bed room. Room was cold at the beginning. I called the staff and they came solved the problem. Room was large enough. It is easy to reach to hotel by tram from Central Station (hotel is 50 m to the tram stop) and one can easily walk to Museum district, Leidseplein, etc, however I would like to add that it is a bit away from city center (Dam). |
