do conforto O que é ruim no hotel são as escadas, muitas escadas esteitas, em pé e não tem nenhum funcionário que ajude! O risco de alguém cair ali é muito grande! |

Muito bem localizado, limpo, quarto de 5x5m, com pia, frigo-bar, cafeteira nespresso para café com refil, bule para chá com refil, bom banheiro. Única dificuldade é que não tem elevadores, e dependendo do andar (são 3) que você fica, pode ser cansativa a subida. a primeira vista pareceu que seria desagradável, mas o custo-benefício valeu. Eu voltaria tranquilamente. |

The Hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very central with good tram links to Dam Square. Good neighbourhood which felt very safe as we were two friends travelling together. We would definately recommend this hotel and would also stay there again in future. Excellent!!! |

We liked everything about the hotel. The friendly helpful staff, the location in a great part of Amsterdam, the antelope head on the wall and especially the breakfast in bed. |

Value for money. But beware, the stairs are steep! Really steep! The bread, except for the croissants, they were ok. Holland has great bread and great cheese, why not let that show in the breakfast. |

Nice location about 10 mins walk from the city centre. Clean, comfortable and well equipped room. The owner was really helpful and was available on his mobile phone at all times. Great breakfast. Would definitley return to this hotel. As other reviews have suggested the stairs are very steep, which was not a big problem for us, however they wouldn't be suitable or people who have mobility problems, small children or intoxicated people. There was also a bizarre antelope skull as decoration above the bed, which wasnt to our taste. |

huge bed, own espresso making machine, breakfast is delivered in the morning at the door of the room so without disturbance you can have breakfast in your underwear:p the stairs were very steep and there is no elevator |

the hotel was beautifully decorated, all fixtures and fittings were of a high spec, the bed was extremely comfortable and the service was excellent. Unbelievably good value |

Very good location. Nice looking and modern room despite 2 stars hotel. Nice ad helpful staff. More healthy brekfast would be nice. To much white bread and marmelade. But it is the the same i the whole Europe. |

Nanook (the manager) was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were great, much larger than normal for Amsterdam and the breakfast selections were fantastic. |

We were very well looked after by the hotel staff. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It felt more like a small apartment than a hotel. The hotel is very well located. It is also very well styled and the breakfast being available in the room each morning with freshly delivered bread is a great idea. From the description given of the hotel, we expected to have a kitchen in the room. This was actually only a fridge and a sink. |

large spacious room with a fridge, kettle and coffee machine rooms can be noisy and could be a problem for light sleepers, but they do supply ear plugs! |

Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Super freundliches Personal. Zimmer ganz toll eingerichtet, super gemütlich. Wir werden auf jedenfall noch öfters dort buchen. |
