It was a very good experience and I would stay there again. The location is definitely very good in the city center and within walking distance from the train station. We have been upgraded from a triple to a quadruple bedroom for the 3 nights. The bedroom and attached bathroom were very clean and quiet (view on the interior court), and also quite bright. The size of the room was ok, especially since we have been upgraded to a quadruple bedroom. The breakfast in bed is a plus, even though it is quite basic (but ok included in the price). One should expect very steep steps to reach the reception and the rooms, without any lift, but ok if no heavy/big luggage and anyway quite usual for Amsterdam. Probably a bit expensive (?) (eur110 for the triple room per night), but seems eventually ok compared to the other offers I found on this website. |

It was centrally located near the Anne Frank House and you could walk to most attractions. It was simple but not a backpacker's "smoking" hotel. I stayed with my 12 year old son and felt it was nice and family friendly and the staff were very helpful. It was nice to get breakfast included as well. The two flights of incredibly steep stairs!! No elevator. And I thought it was a bit pricey for the shoebox room we had. |

the hotel was well ran, the staff were plesant and helpful. i tavelled with 4 other single lads and the family room was perfect. we had our breakfast brought to our rooms at 9 every morning and the room was cleaned daily. been to 5 other hotels or hostels in the dam and this was by far the best....its just behind dam square if i was being fussy it would be the stairs but every where in the dam has crazy stairs lol |

IT WAS WONDERFUL!we were shoked by the quality of the room, service and cleanness. they serve breakfast in the rooms and the breakfast is very good for its ptice (which is actually included in the room price already). The staff was very nice and helful. the neigbourhood is ok and it is very close to the Central Station and pretty close to the city center. I would deffinately recommend it! well of course the strairs are not simple to climb up but it is not a problem of that particulad hotel. Almost everywhere in Amsterdam the stairs are like that.in case if the baggage is very heavy you can always ask staff to help you! the bathroom is small but it is not a problem when you also search for a nice and chip hotel! |

I stayed in a single room at the back of the hotel. Had the sun all day which was good. Very little noise. Shower good, room clean, breakfast in bed good. Was small room but only paid for single. Was sufficient enough for 2 nights. Smoking allowed - extra plus!! Vending maching with cold coke (get a can on the way to your room, you'll need it after the stairs!). The single bed, kept dreaming i was falling out it but apart from that no complaints. |

We like that it was very close to the main sightseeing places in Amsterdam, such as Dam Square, Red Light District and Anne Frank House. It was also close to the Central Station. The people at the hotel were also very helpful, especially Manit. I did not like the stairs. It was difficult to bring our six luggages up to our room on the (American) first floor. |

Internet connection in the room was very good and smooth. Breakfast to the room includes yoghurt, egg, 3 pieces of bread, 2 slices of ham/cheese, butter/jam, packaged juice. In the room there's a kettle and tea bags, instant coffee. The kettle to boil hot water is very nice indeed. My room was facing the tram line, so it could be a bit noisy sometimes. The room has got a balcony which would be very good to take a seat during summer time, but not in February. |

It was so good to wake up in the morning and have the break fast to Bed!! The hotel is excelent! Nabil the manager is very nice and kind. It's in the middle of the city 4 min' walking from Dam's and 10 Min' walking from Ledisepalin. You have bathroom with warm shower and tv and good bed. I'll come back for sure! Nothing. Maybe the staris (: there is small stairs but it's like in all Amsterdam! |
