Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Väldigt flexibla angående frukosten som serveras på rummet varje morgon.Rent och prydligt. Härlig balkong. Dålig dusch, inget tryck alls i vårat rum Vi bodde iof överst, men det droppade och smårann mest ur slangen, så duscha tog väldigt lång tid. Toaletter på rummet skulle också vara trevligt. Att ett helt våningsplan ska dela på en var lite jobbigt. Trapporna var mördande rent ut sagt. Packa extremt lätt är mitt tips. Och ta det väldigt försiktigt om du har druckit. Trapporna är väldigt branta. |

Ideal location close to city centre. Staff were very friendly and accomadating. Room was very clean and spacious - however we booked a family room for 4 people You need a head for heights with the stairs |

Location, I loved that you can walk anywhere in the city within about 10-15mins. Plus it is in one of the better locations of Amsterdam, surrounded by nice bars, restaurants, markets, museums etc. Cleanliness of the room was good. It was a very basic room but it had a tv, tea/coffee making facilities (which i always like) plus it had a tiny little fridge which we were able to buy a few groceries. Stairs were horrendous. To get to hotel reception (which was on the 1st floor) the stairs were like a ladder they were so vertical. Could barely catch my breath after dragging my suitcase up the stairs, after checking in we were given our room keep which meant we had to climb 2 more flights of stairs....phew!!! extremely hard work! |

Very well maintained hotel in a great location, did not pay for a toilet in the room but it was located right next to ours anyway. stairs were a bit intimidating but this is par for the course in amsterdam. |

The house and its location No curtains in the toilet colocated with the shower. Double glass windows would be better in the noisy street. |

There is 37 narrow steps to the reception and then some more to yr room, I guess this is normal in Amsterdam.Single room has no Private WC. |

The location of the hotel is very convenient. I had a room facing the back of the hotel so there was little street noise. While my room was very small, it had two large windows looking into the courtyards behind the hotel. There is a free breakfast, but it is quite mediocre, so I ended up eating out for breakfast - there are several cafes and restaurants located nearby. There is no wireless internet provided at the hotel. Also I paid 80 Euros on two nights for what is actually a 60 Euro room - a 33% seasonal surcharge seems a bit excessive. |

Own fridge, water heater and shower in the room was excellent. Also the possibility to smoke is a plus. Quite much stairs, but that didn't bother so much - just a minor minus. |

Hotel was in excellent central location. Room was small but very clean, and staff were friendly. Bathroom very basic but we were very glad not to be sharing. Stairs were very hard work. Window in room lovely and big but felt that with the room being small it would be easy enough to trip and fall out, so we ended up keeping the windows closed. |

The 5 bed family room was amazing for our stay. Really big and comfortable. THe breakfast served in the room was great and was a very nice touch. Would definitely stay here again! No, was a great budget hotel. Though, the stairs up to it would not be suitable for elderly or disabled guests (Though these type of stairs are common all over Amsterdam) |

It was close to sites we were interested in seeing. The room was very smoky-smelling. The bedding used on the beds held the smoke terribly, even though the sheets were clean. I think if they would update their beds and bedding, it would add a lot to the room. |
