The view of Rotterdam, style and comfort of room and bathroom. Convenience of station and tram station for travel. Insufficient information on Rotterdam was available either in reception or thel room. Although a map was given on request we would have appreciated a guide to the art galleries and museums plus maps of the public transport system. We have no idea what other leaflets were kept in the cupboard the map came from as nothing else was offered to us. |

Unfortunately we could only visit Rotterdam for two days and one night, so we chose the Westin for its proximity to the Central Station. The bonus was the excellent service and accommodation and the very affordable rate. We would definitely recommend the Westin to friends and family and would also stay there if we are ever lucky enough to return to Rotterdam. It's a personal thing, but we prefer fresh air to air conditioning where possible, but the Westin has been designed with windows that cannot open. The weather was not too cold and we would have liked to be able to open a window. |

A wonderful experience from the very nice staff to the very comfortable room. I was lucky to book a "delightful arrangement", i.e.great rate + 5-course surprise dinner. It was excellent and the five courses turned out to be six. One small detail regarding tea drinkers: you can only heat up the water using a tiny coffee machine which means your tea tastes slightly of coffee. |

Great hotel at a great place. Mini bar and breakfast are not that cheap, but what else can you expect from such a chique place? |

The room and its view (8th floor) were great. The location is poor and the breakfast far to expensive (28.50 euro) which was in my case one third of the room price. Minibar prices also to high (5 euro for a mini can of Pringles...). |

Everything was fine, bed was comfortable. Additional services were very expensive - internet and breakfast were very expensive for what they were. The trams outside also were very loud - not alot you can do about that though. |
