Room was available prior to official check-in time as I had requested. The room was spotlessly clean and the facilities in the rrom were excellent. On check-in I was informed that there would be an imprint taken on my credit card of a "small amount" to cover any expenses incurred. On check-out it seems that a deposit of the room amount had been placed during check-in. This was a misleading act by the hotel and they should have been clear and asked for room payment in advance if that is what they wanted! |
