Great staff, beautiful rooms and very relaxing atmosphere. Best location for shopping in Amsterdam. Wonderful restaurant nearby. Only good things about the hotel.

Staff was very helpful, friendly with every ready smile. I liked the fact that I was in a residential colony instead of busy city centre - but at the same time - all the things like - eatery, internet, grocery store, Tram for transport was easy to approach and within 5-10 min by walking.....!! I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Would recommend this place to my friends anytime.

Stayed here before, loved it again, the service & customer recoginition was of high quality, will recommed to my contact and stay again.

The only complimentary things I can say is the location was good, and the breakfast alright.

We stayed in Room 15. It is the smallest room we have ever had. It was tatty, and the bed was terribly uncomfortable. The worst hotel bed we have ever experienced. The shower / toilet was cramped and minute. This hotel is probably aimed at students / backpackers on a budget. The stairs up to the room were incredibly steep, and it was quite a job to get our suitcase up there. The hotel was full, so no other rooms were available for us to swap. We were meant to stay an extra night, but booked out, and found an excellent alternative, admittedly a little more expensive, very nearby.

Stayed before enjoyed the comfort of the hotel and Amsterdam has a lot to offer.

Our room in Aadam Hotel Wilhelmina was good with comfortable bed, tv set, cattle and nice bathroom, but rather small cupboard. The breakfast was all right. The hotel is near to the tram stop, which makes easy commuting to the city centre.

The hotel is situated in the old house with step stairs and no elevator. It is all right for young people, but it could be a problem for people with moving difficulties or families with small children.

Stayed with some friends who had been recommended by others. Had a very nice stay was made by good staff & manager. Breakfast & rooms also good.

I will recoment Wilhel,ina Hotel to anybody who like to relax. The friendly service, helpful receptionist all make you feel important. rooms & breakfast very good.

I travel about 5 month a year professionally for the following items are very important: - The bed: good - The bathroom: clean, good shower, clean towels - Silence in the room: adequate (the door could be a little more soundproof) The room was modestly decorated and clean.

The summer duvet was not warm enough. There were extra blankets (and were warm enough) but a hotel should have summer and winter duvets. The armchair in the room had quite dirty arm rests. Not as much a dislike but more like a typical Dutch thing: the stairs are quite steep.

The internet connection is not working very well - especially if you are on the first floor.

They charged extra 6 % for paying with credit card, what was not in the original conditions!

J' ai beau chercher, je ne vois pas...Peux-être la situation par rapport au tramway.

D' ordinaire, je suis assez conciliant et tolérant avec les hôtels que nous fréquentons, mais là ...non. Hôtel vieillot, chambre exiguë, escalier raide pour y accéder (enfin, ça, ce n' est pas bien grave), petit déjeuner fadasse et cerise sur le gâteau, un accueil lamentable... La personne mal-aimable et suspicieuse qui nous a reçu devrait changer de métier. Ce monsieur n' a rien à faire dans un hôtel. C' est la première fois que j' écris quelque chose de négatif sur un hébergement réservé avec booking.com, mais là, je me délecte... En bref, pour faire court, cet hôtel ne devrait pas être dans vos choix.

Op het laatste moment voordelig geboekt. Wij hadden een eenvoudige kamer maar netjes. Ontbijt ook eenvoudig maar goed. Tram 2 heel dichtbij, die je naar het centrum brengt.
