Great staff, beautiful rooms and very relaxing atmosphere. Best location for shopping in Amsterdam. Wonderful restaurant nearby. Only good things about the hotel.

Staff was very helpful, friendly with every ready smile. I liked the fact that I was in a residential colony instead of busy city centre - but at the same time - all the things like - eatery, internet, grocery store, Tram for transport was easy to approach and within 5-10 min by walking.....!! I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Would recommend this place to my friends anytime.

The only complimentary things I can say is the location was good, and the breakfast alright.

We stayed in Room 15. It is the smallest room we have ever had. It was tatty, and the bed was terribly uncomfortable. The worst hotel bed we have ever experienced. The shower / toilet was cramped and minute. This hotel is probably aimed at students / backpackers on a budget. The stairs up to the room were incredibly steep, and it was quite a job to get our suitcase up there. The hotel was full, so no other rooms were available for us to swap. We were meant to stay an extra night, but booked out, and found an excellent alternative, admittedly a little more expensive, very nearby.

Very good location. Right on a tram line, in a good neighborhood and not too far away from downtown. It is also very cheap.

This is a budget hotel, and lives up to all of the implications that term implies. The room was pretty clean, but the bed and comforter had obviously seen a lot of use. And the last night there was a knocking in the heater that required choosing between turning off and heater and being cold, or keeping it on and being woken up.

The city has a lot of offer for all travellers with different tastes, so does the hotel. Location was very good, we loved the walk in the nearby Vondelpark and going to the museums.

Stayed before so much enjoyed it will be back again with friends. Rooms, breakfast, staff & management all good.

The hotel was a very nice small hotel, and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly, nothing to complain about!

Friendly and helpful atmosphere. Close to my son's hotel who was also in town for a few days. I would happily reccomend Hotel Wilhelmina to anyone with similar needs to my self.

The only (small) copromise would be the numerous and extremely steep stairs, but there is nothing you can do about that. Prehaps finding out in advance if your potential guest has mobility problems would be a good idea.

Достаточно удобно расположен (недалеко остановка трамвая №2, которым можно доехать до/от центральной станции). Идти пешком из центра далековато - порядка 4 км. Невысокая цена номеров. Неплохой завтрак, добродушный персонал отеля. В отеле не так много номеров, поэтому достаточно малолюдно. Хороший и быстрый интернет. В номере есть кухня: большой холодильник, чайник, микроволновка, плита с вытяжкой, немного посуды.

Судя по объявлению на рецепшне, он работает с 10 утра до 10 вечера. При бронировании предупреждают, что chek-in необходимо выполнить до 10 вечера, что не всем удобно. Часть номеров находится в соседнем от рецепшна здании. При заселении дают ключ от номера и от входа в это здание и надо внести депозит 20 евро. Очень крутые и тесные лестницы (понятно, что это нормально для Нидерландов, но, все же, ожидалось получше). В реальности окна оказались намного мельче чем на фотографиях. В номере было прохладно и ковер не отличался чистотой. Не работал пульт от телевизора.
