Ho apprezzato la gentilezza del personale, la colazione era abbondante anche se c'era sempre la stessa roba, posto tranquillissimo anche se non proprio vicinissimo Beh le scale un po ripide però dappertutto è così, il fatto che io avessi prenotato una matrimoniale invece ho avuto una twin. |

We had a big nice comfortable and clean room at the third (top) floor. A convenient hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Tram few steps away. Nice bakery nearby. Poor breakfast, no elevator, narrow and steep stairs (third floor is for athletes). As a couple we were given only one cardkey for the ouside door and only one key for the room door; city tax calculated extra afterwards; a little bit expensive for what you get generally; |

I liked the area, staff was friendly The carpeting was filthy. No wash clothes. No lock on inside of door..had a man knock once and open my door while we were sleeping to come in and clean!! There were no do not disturb signs, so there was no way to prevent this from happening. I am a night person and do not like to be woken up in the morning to have a room clean while I am still sleeping. There must be a better way. |

The room was gorgeous, staff very very friendly, breakfast lovely, staff very helpful on arrival and gave tourist information. Very convenient to tram stop. Nothing. |

Good location, friendly staff who spoke excellent English. We were upgraded to an apartment which was very useful as we had access to fridge and cooking facilities. Although we didn't use the cooking facilities the fridge and crockery were useful.I left something in the hotel room and the staff are forwarding it to me. The stairs were very steep. Some parts of the building need upgrading, eg stairs carpet shabby. This hotel would not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. |

nice area to live in, the room had a kitchenette and was suficciently spacious for this price category Don't have too heavy luggage as there are no elevators and the stairs are steep! was a bit of a hazard to get down... |
