Kompletnie nic. Nie podobało się kompletnie nic a w szczególności: standard (kompletne minimum), czystość (totalny brud), prywatność (wrażenie jakby ściany były z bibuły, wielkość pokoju/ łazienki poniżej minimum, hotel nadawał się tylko do kompletnej przebudowy i remontu. największym cwaniactwem i brudnym trickiem było żądanie zapłaty za pobyt z góry, w przeciwnym razie na pewno nie pozostałbym w tym hotelu ani chwili po obejrzeniu "pokoju" i "łazienki". |

The location was convenient with easy access to the city centre and museums via the tram. The room was quite shabby and needs renovation. The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress did not have enough support. The room was in an annex, and it was necessary to go outside to get to the breakfast room. The staircase to the room had a terrible smell, and the staircase was murderous; very steep and narrow, and extremely difficult to carry a suitcase. The bedside lights did not work properly |

Location was great for where I needed to be. On a tram line to the city centre Room far too hot because of hot water pipes running the height of the room. The only cooling option was opening the window and the noise from the road was incredible and incessant. |

We had a big nice comfortable and clean room at the third (top) floor. A convenient hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Tram few steps away. Nice bakery nearby. Poor breakfast, no elevator, narrow and steep stairs (third floor is for athletes). As a couple we were given only one cardkey for the ouside door and only one key for the room door; city tax calculated extra afterwards; a little bit expensive for what you get generally; |

I liked the area, staff was friendly The carpeting was filthy. No wash clothes. No lock on inside of door..had a man knock once and open my door while we were sleeping to come in and clean!! There were no do not disturb signs, so there was no way to prevent this from happening. I am a night person and do not like to be woken up in the morning to have a room clean while I am still sleeping. There must be a better way. |
