Very clean and functial. Staff was GREAT.

They need better signage. Even taxi drivers have trouble finding it.

Really lovely spacious apartment, we found it really impressive. Close to 2 trams which takes you into the heart of Amsterdam. Supermarkets within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful

Be prepared that the staff don't clean everyday like in a Hotel, they clean a couple of times during the week

Nice Location near public transports (Tram, Bus, Train), Big Appartments,... Great Kitchen, nice terrace, nice panoramic view, etc..

The Lights in the lobby were always on (no on/off switch), so it was to bright for sleeping. Not enought dishes like plates, glasses, etc.

Is not fully furnished, the Tv not working , has been delay in the time of check-in with the time is supposed to check-in is at 16, but did not enter only 18 clock because the apartment not yet ready

La réactivité du personnel très amical et serviable ! On a eu un problème avec la machine à laver le lendemain elle était changee pour une neuve . à l entrée dans les lieux on nous explique tout c'est super ! L'appartement est à 15 min en tram du centre ville c'est très appréciable.

Une des deux chambres avait deux lits simples au lieu d'un autre lit double et ces lits n'étaient pas des plus confortables . Les serviettes fournies ne sèchent rien du tout !

Fiatalos, modern, új építésű apartman. Jó tömegközlekedési kapcsolatok. Sok zöld terület.

Gépkocsival történő parkolás nehézkes, költséges. A szomszédos építkezés.

Bel appartement spacieux et confortable

I took a two bedroom apartment. The apartment had enough space to move around. There was a fully functional kitchen with hot plates, utensils and cutlery.

-Chipped dinner plates -shabby and dirty walls -no housekeeping visit during my stay of 6 nights and 7 days. -Hot rail in bathroom not working. -Dishwasher in bad condition. -Dining chairs were overused and in bad shape..chipped..

Ok køkken og god plads. Tingene fungerede fint.

Lejligheden virkede nøgen, manglede hygge. Der var glemt detaljer som fx kroge til håndklæder på badeværelset. Vi bad om at få repareret døren til balkonen (den kunne ikke låses). Det lykkedes ikke at få den repareret I løbet af vores 6 dages ophold. Dyr ift. Placering og indretning.

The apartment was in a dirty condition when we arrived. The blind in the kitchen was filthy and remain in this state. One of the coffee table legs was filthy and the TV cabinent was also dirty. These items were cleaned later. The shower was in a dreadful state, it had mould growing right around the base of the shower and also between the tiles on the wall. The shower was cleaned only 2 days prior to us leaving the apartment. Even then all the mould was not entirely removed. The Balcony floor was dirty. There was also no fans supplied and there was no air conditioning and the apartment was continually warm throughout our stay until it became cooler in the last week of August.

Good and friendly service by staff. We had a problem with some furniture and it was fixed the same day we returned from our trip to the city. Good Location. With Tram Line 2 that is close to the appartment it take ca. 20 min to Central Station. To get their from the airport Schiphol is also easy since the Lelylaan railway station is close by. (This is 7 min by train from the Airport only) + 10-15min walk.

Only a remark about how to find the office: The office to check in is to find in the first floor. The number 272 is an appartment and not (!) a house number. We where first confused by this but then figured this out. This could be explained better on the website.

The apartment was nicely furnished and all conveniences were available. The tram stop was really near.

Location is quite far away form the centre. There should be better instructions in the web page how to find the reception!

The apartments are standard, everything from Ikea, white rooms, simple furniture. We took 3 room apartments for 5 people, and it was on the second floor, so that we didnt have a view on a balcony as it is shown on the pictures. It is too family apartments, quiet area, no near located supermarkets around, cafes or restaurants. So that you cant even have a lunch around. I would not recommend this hotel for young people ! Better to take a small hotel 2* in the city centre.

Very very very far from the centre of Amsterdam and train station. It took us 40-50 minutes to get to the centre of Amsterdam every day, and this is only one way. You loose 2 hours only for the road to get from the hotel and to the hotel. Countryside area, no shops, restaurants, cafes, far away supermarket. Even the train station is 10-15 min walk from the hotel. The room was given on the 1st floor without any view. 1 bathroom for 100 sq.m flat and 5 guests is very poor.
