We spent only one night, and arrived rather late.The staff were very nice. We were not able to open the windows to have fresh air. there were no restaurants or stores in the near vicinity. |

Hotel is located at main roads; easy to get around in town. Free parking in the neighborhood no problem. Safe location: located next to well guarded embassy district. 10 min from the beach. Very friendly staff. Do not leave the 'do not disturb' sign longer than 11am on the door knob or your room will not be cleaned anymore until next day. Very boring neighborhood; mainly office blocks. Bulky ugly hotel exterior integrated with convention centre. |

This is an excellent hotel and specially atractive because of its value quality relation. Ver y well located near the ocean side, the center and the museum areas. |

I choose the novotel because I had a seminar in the world forum ,and it is close to city , schewenigen and station.i liked the cleanness of the room , the view of den haag in the high floor , it was quiet enough , personal very kind .good breakfast The Tv channels , no french channel , and the lobby is very small . |

The hotel is extremely comfortable and the rooms are well appointed. Very pleasant staff. Extremely practical if one has a meeting at the WFC. This hotel's weak point has always been its restaurant which is neither very good nor very welcoming. The staff, not always pleasant, is easily overwhelmed as is apparently the kitchen: the lunch menu is dismal and you are not allowed dessert. At night, it's gloomy. |

High quality, clean, efficient, great value and very friendly efficient staff. Excellent for a Novotel. The non-inclusive breakfast was very expensive (19 Euro). I didn't have it! |

the hotel was excellant and would use again staff was very helpfull room was a nice size very comfy bed nice view of city outside the center but a 17 tram was a short walk away but if you wanted to visit the world forum this was perfect breakfast very expensive so didn't have it |

The view from the 9th Floor was good. I think the choice at the breakfast table was just about OK. They could have more choices (yogurts for ex) and more hot food (like omlettes on request). |

Centrale ligging t.o.v. stad en strand, en goed bereikbaar. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Goede betaalbare parkeervoorziening. Ruime maar matige kwaliteit van de bedden. Gehorige ventilatie en/of waterdoorstroming! |

Over het algemeen een plek voor rustige overnachting. Als er speciale aanbiedingen inzake ontbijt zijn verneem ik dat liever op de website dan aan de balie. Prijs van euro 99.- voor 1 nacht zonder ontbijt enigszins overdone. |

Mir hat die Vielfalt der verschiedenen Nationalitäten sehr gut gefallen. In dieser Zeit habe ich Menschen gesehen, die aus mindestens 15 verschiedenen Nationen kamen, und das hat mir gut gefallen. Die Nähe zum Strand und Zentrum, quasi die Lage des Hotels sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung unseres Hotelzimmers war sehr schön und praktisch. Das Design war sehr schön. Die Service war perfekt und die Hotelmitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. |
