Novotel The Hague World Forum  

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the icty and other international organizations including opcw and europol. The public transport is 5 minutes walk away and you can take Tram Line 1 to the city centre and to the Scheveningen Beach area. You can also take Tram Line 1 directly to Den Haag Hollands-Spoor train station, and you can take Tram Line 17 directly to Centraal Station The Hague. Both train stations have direct connection to the Amsterdam/Schiphol airport. The hotel staffs are really courteous, polite and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was ok, with decent selection of cold meats, cheeses, eggs, bacon, breads, yogurt and cereals.

When we arrived to the hotel, we were surprised there was doorman or corcierge at the entrance to help with our heavy luggages. Apparently there is no corcierge service, so you have to help yourself.

Breakfast, internet, room was renovated. Better than before with bath.

Renovation, but that was known by us. Silence during sleeping hrs.

Staff service was excellent. Breakfast was great with different varieties.

Wifi connection was intermittent at best. One has to login every time you leave your phone idle for more than 5 minutes or leave the hotel and come back. Also a 4 star hotel shoul have a flat screen tv as the current 90s tv is quite an embarrassment.

Everything was as I expected to be. Staff, service, room, breakfast. We really enjoyed our staying in the hotel.

IT is good andcomfirtable stay. I feel that it will be ideal to give a complementary breakfast.

Good hotel in the World Forum,which is a bit away from the center of town but easily reachable by tram. The breakfast buffet was great. The room was quite nice and Den Haag was relaxed and pleasant, so I hope to return there.

Parking is in the World Forum and the Novotel section was full when we were there, which meant somewhat of a walk to our car. I couldn't find a direct lift from the hotel. There is a theater there but no restaurant except for the one in the hotel.

Chef was away for two weeks and there was no resturant in the evening. After a 22hr trip I wanted an evening meal but I was forced to go out to the nearest resturant. The bar only offered a snack and limited it was. Hot breakfast was cold within an hour, so if you want it fresh and tasty get down as soon as they open up or you can have cold egg and bacon for breakfast.

A bit distant from the train station

The room was spacious with a lovely kingsize bed complete with crisp white linen and a good extra bed for our son; and the bathroom was fine with a good shower and big bath. The reception staff were extremely helpful - really excellent!

The location isn't great for a short stay in The Hague as this hotel is really out of the way, closer to Schreveningen than the centre of Den Haag? We were surprised and disappointed to be given cardboard cups for tea/coffee - didn't fit with the otherwise good quality of room.

the staff at the reception was very nice, attentive and helpful, the room was fairly spacious and very clean. it was good we could leave our luggage at the hotel. I haven't used any other services. overall, a good stay: correct services and kind personnel.

access to the internet should be less expensive and they should have a free hot spot, especially since internet penetration is so high in the Netherlands and increasing all around Europe. it would be a non-expensive benefit everyone would appreciate.
