Staff in the reception were very rude and unpleasant my reservation was related to UN Tribunal but the staff at the reception did nor recognize it - they were rude, agressive and abusive. |

The front office staff from the first day until the last day were in my opinion very courteous and helpful. I had asked a lot of questions but they were very friendly and assisted with my enquiries politely. During one of the breakfast, I had witnessed what seemed a little argument (but in Dutch) between two waitresses, and that in a way affected one of the staff level of service. This episode was also witnessed by a group of tourists from Japan who were also having their breakfast. |

there was good atmosfere and staff also:) I didnt like wireless internet system. Becouse wen you bye internet and wen you swich on it its starting timening, and time going also if you not use it! |
