Convenient location to shopping and tourist attractions,apartment was well equiped and clean,Landlord was friendly and attentive. Had to wait for about 30 mins upon arrival for the apartment to be cleaned,we were offered a smaller apt.but as we had booked an apt.with cooking facilities we waited,Apartment was located on the edge of the red light district which may not suit everyone. |

Finally getting the luxury apartment I had booked after having to spend the first night in a very basic 3 bedded room. Shambolic organisation, would advise anyone brave enough to book here to be prepared for a lot of chasing around and complaining. |

In a nice location out of the centre about 10minute walk. Clean spacious and nice kitchen with everything you need. Bit of a mix up with rooms. They had double booked the room moved us to a bigger apartment but don't think you could fit 4 in there, small sofa bed. Fine for 3. |

Good location. Very narrow steep stairs to appartment. Room smelled of cigarettes. Not able to pay with credit card. Needed to make two trips to atm to pay for room - not told online that credit cards were not accepted. |

The company is a disgrace, We were booked into one of their Lux Apartments which turned out to be i one bedroom apartment above a takeaway shop with 2 beds and a folding bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge.Will never book them again!!! Everything!!!! Dirty,Smelly and not somewhere you would send your enemy! |

the location and the window. building our own dinner table. New pans, and other kitchenware. A new sofa-bed. Improve the cleanning service. Be more truthfull reggarding the apartments, by mentioning wich apartment corresponds to our reservation, to avoid surprises. |

Nice, well situated and a lot of space Had to negociate to get someone to bring us to the flat for free. No forks in the appartment and very small towels but overall staff was helpfull and place was nice. |

Decent location. Great prices. Good size rooms. We stayed in the "studio", and the "apartment". The actual lodgings are NOTHING like the pictures. The "studio" was for smokers, but the only window that could open was broken, so ventilation was a problem. In the bathrooms of each apartment there was no way (curtains!) to avoid flooding the bathroom during a shower. |

It was very near the centre,but it was the second apartment we went. The first apartment we went,was dirty and we had to change.Hopefully the agent was very kind and helpful. |

The appartment was very clean and quiet. The appartment was about 4 canals behind the dam place, not so central like the yamsterdam office. |

liked nothing.!! on arrival at the apartment we were hit by a damp smell. bathroom and shower were filthy, as were matress's, pillows and quilts. there was no bed linen or towels. it was suppoused to be self catering but there was no cutlery, plates or cups. i demanded our money back and found alternative accomadation.(which wasn't easy at 10pm). it is completely false advertising |

I liked that we could smoke in the apartment and it was very close to the train station and the shops and bars in Amsterdam. It was very good for the price and it suited us fine as we just needed somewhere to leave our stuff and to sleep. It was a bit small for 4 people, there wasn't any privacy between rooms - just a curtain would have done, and the windows didn't open without popping out the frame. |

The apartment was well situated and had all the facilities we needed. Plenty of space It was dirty and there was not enough bed linen or towels. We all left with bite marks and itches so maybe some of the mattresses had ticks/fleas |

I thought the apartment was great !! it was big and most importantly it was very clean!!! Also the staff were very nice and the place was very professional !! I know I will defo be staying there again for all my trips to amsterdam!!!! |

Great location, calm place and comfortable, the kitchen was nice as well. The apartment could be a little more clean. I went with my wife and we had 2 small beds that could not be use as a regular double or full size bed. On the other hand, we have arrived at 2 am and the web page inform that someone will guide you to the apartment, well .. someone did it, but we had to pay 14 euros. |

The apartment was lovely, with great views and was very comfortable. It was good that the accomadation was smoking and gave us a great pl;ace to relax after a long day in Amsterdam. The apartment was clean and situated in a great place. Loved the sky lights and did not mind being on top floor, the stairs are much better than some other accomadation in Amsterdam. The staff and people were very nice The accomadation could use some more facilities such as ash trays, more cutlery, a kettle and a shower curtain, as the bathroom flooded when we had a shower. Also, the central reception is not easy to find. |

The studio was very close to the centre as we'd requested. Bad smell on the stairs, room was very dirty. Cooking facilities - 2 bread knives, a fridge and a portable cooker with two rusty hotplates. We asked for a kettle which they provided. The heating broke down, we fixed it ourselves after we'd called Yamsterdam. As far as I'm aware no one came out to look at it. No curtain at the large bathroom window, had to use the bathroom with the light off. |
