Convenient location, good breakfast inconvenient internet access, poor bed - only very basic single bed was available, and room had two other bunk beds with little room for anything else. It was more a backpackers hotel than a regular hotel. |

The location is good, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was adequate. The first room we were offered was unuseable, dirty, too small, w/ broken electric cords. Dangerous! After we asked for a change of room, the second room was better, but the hotel is in desparate need of a renovation. The public hallways were rundown, and full of stuff making it dificult to move around. |

Absolutely nothing. This was a Hostel, but the website looks like a real hotel. This was a complete misrepresentation. Mold on the walls, mold in the shower, stained carpets, windows won't close, broken stairway, stairs with banisters kicked down, parties all night, fights in the hallway at 4am, no staff on duty, no towels, no sheets, what else can I say? We would have been better off at a hostel. I know amsterdam hotels, and I know what to expect. This was far below even amsterdam standards. |

Nothing. It was absolutely horrible. The room was dirty, grimey and absolutely disgusting. It was not at all as I had expected or was promoted on the website. In my opinion it wasn't even worth 1 star. As above. The rooms smelt of urine and sewage, there were cigarette butts all over the window sill, there were stains on the sheets, dirty plates in the hallway the whole time I was there. I had booked for 2 nights but only managed to stay 1. IT was very much overpriced and I was bitterly disappointed with it. It felt unsafe and was scary to stay there. Broken windows, rubbish, smelly. Yuk. |

I am a 51-year-old woman but I was put in a mixed dorm wtih 17 men (no info on this on the booking website -I found out when I arrived). the bathroom was in a disgusting state and had no lock on the door and there was only one bathroom for 18 of us. I had to use the hotel toilet to get dressed in the morning and did not feel able to use the shower. Loud drunken people in the room at 4am. V unhappy |

Absolutely nothing, except the nice façade We visited three rooms, each was dirty, electric plugs were hanging out, half the light switches were not working. No lampshades, filthy carpets, grubby showers.. The toilet comode was not screwed down on the ground, the lid kept falling on my rearend, and when I flushed a catarract spread around the tiles on the floor. The sink had no hot water, I had to shave with cold water. There was no fresh |

Leaving the hotel was the best bit about that hotel - I stayed in better hostels at a 1/4 of the price. The room smelt of damp stale smoke, the bed was uncomftable. The room was positioned behind the kitchen and on the main corridore on the ground level so we were constently woken up by people comming in late or pots and pan crashing and the kitchen staff shouting in the morning. The bathroom was a health hazard with the light hanging from the ceiling and live wires running around the room. |
