The price, that includes breakfast, was very good & location very practical in the Central Station area. Front rooms (the ones facing the main avenue) are very noisy because the traffic. Room curtains were not enough in order to keep the room dark in the early morning. Charge of 4-5% in case of paying with credit card is abusive but seems to be habitual in Amsterdam. |

I liked the location-close to Centraal Station. I thought it was overpriced and thought I was getting a nicer hotel. |

Aside from a central location there is literally nothing good to say. The hotel was filthy, in very poor repair. Noise throughout the night. This hotel is the worst we have encountered in three years of touring Europe. |

The location was the only good thing about the hotel. Oh and they leant me a hairdryer for the weekend. I don't feel the hotel was value for money! Over £100 per night for a basic budget hotel is daylight robbery. The desk staff were ok, but the "thing" doing the breakfast shift was rude, egotistical, and he looked and smelt like he had not had a wash in days. He stood in the middle of the room clapping his hands shouting "come one everyone move it, 10am means you have to leavet the breakfast area! |

photos online very different from reality, small and dirty rooms, very scarce breakfast...the bathroom hasn't a real shower tub, very little towels, no wardrobe, no bedside tables, very thin walls, lots of dust on the moquette and hairs on the sheets |

Nothing but price On arrival i have been asked for deposit for room key, ok. When leaving the hotel no one remind me about it or tried to return it, and i left, my coleague remind me that so i had to come back and take it back. Quite common for this hotel, room for 4 had 6 beds inside. At least only for ourselves. Description about carpark on neighbour street is just big lie. |

There really wasn't much to like. The breakfast was worth having. I booked a single room and was put in a dormitory by myself. The room was not clean and the beds/facilities were of a usual dormitory standard. The hotel I believe has two stars. I expected a two star single room and got a dormitory. |

The staffs there are okay. The room is quite clean but very small. The stair are also small for the big people. Since it is close to the road, it a little bit noisy at night. The room is two small to be a two stars hotel. |

The girl at reception was cute. It went downhill fast from there. Avoid. Air-fresheners go there to die!Stayed in a dormitory room which was supposed to just have 6 beds, however, 9 had been crammed in. My bed was so close to the next, at best an inch apart, I could feel the guy breathing on me. It was like sharing a double with a stranger. The room was poorly ventilated & was stuffy. The en suite was unappealing. |
