Basic Design and idea is good but it fails to be carried off Chewing gum on my pillow. Room was quite dirty and several things broken. No towels or remote control had to be requested and had to seek out staff as none on desk. No information in room. As I had my baggage there was no advantage in being in the transit area and the queues to go through and back control areas were large. Was not able to use duty free shops which would have kept me amused as apparently these can only be used on the day of flight. The small step up to the bed was not a small step more like a bunk bed. The toilet flushing either side of the rooms was very loud so sleep constantly interrupted. |

ideal if you got a early flight or a long time between two connecting flights. You shoud see this hotel as a business class dorm hotel, actually it is. Reasonable cheap, great location, good price, you got wifi, a bathroom shower, WIFI TV what else do you need for a simple sleep over? Modern hotels are great, digital cheque in, domotica. But actally every body who will come to this hotel, and didn't study rocket science, needs half an hour to find every thing out. |

great idea - as long as it is kept clean and working well, I will use again & again & again. Staff member was too noisy when waking up other guests Stools in single cabins very uncomfortabke and need changing to the chairs in the double cabins.Problem as to what to do when arriving at the airport in Amsterdam, directed through passport control into the bagagge hall, if not transferring immediately. There were 3 of us, arguing the toss at midnight with the one open security desk, who clearly had no idea what to to do with us. It took a good 20 minutes before the boss agreed to let us through to the hotel. The staff need to have training as to what to do. It was unclear about needing an ongoing transfer -- in my case I was travellling on by train, and yes - they elt me in, but I realised later they should not have. |

It was a great Airport for travel with a small child. The lights, and other automated room features were too hard to use for such a brief stay. |

It was clean and it is conviniently located It was unusually small. I just never seen such small tiny cabins in my life. Also, the sound isolation evidently is not the best as I could hear loud visitors outside of my door |

I must say I was surpised by my stay at the Yotel. The room was clean and efficiently organized. The bed was very comfortable and the convenience of the location for an over night layover was perfect. The lighting under the bathroom sink did not allow the room to be completely dark which made it a bit difficult to sleep coupled with the hallway noise. The controls on the bed were difficult to use, worked intermittently, and had no instructions. |

I liked the location of the hotel. It's inside the airport. That saved me time and cost of transport. In the single room, the bathroom and the bed was separated by a shower curtain only. That gave me the impression that I was sleeping in a bathroom |

I loved everything.... the quiet room, the comfy bed, the fun lights, the good smelling soap, the info. book and especially how I could get off the plane and go right to bed at night. I slept so good and did not have to deal with a taxi, train or the cold weather outside! I think the hotel staff employee was smoking and the smoke smell was in the hall while I was walking in the hall. I did not like that. |

I needed to stay one night at the airport for transit... Not for sightseeing. Therefore, it was very convenient for me to stay in the airport: no hassle for immigration, and juggling my luggage. Just stepped out your gate and hopped in the capsule room and slept without wasting time on long line in immigration, etc. It was all what I needed. The room was very tiny. And the check-out time was 8am, when was too early for my early afternoon flight. (Longer stay will be the subject of additional fees...which does not make sense) I prefer some more flexibility in the hotel. (Though it may be another story if I want to stay in such a tiny capsule for a long time) |

Exactly the things I want from any lodging: A comfortable bed with extra pillows, a shower I can stand upright in with the water on my head, and a clean and quiet environment... |

Very conveniently located in the Departure lounge of Schiphol if you need a couple of hours rest between flights or have a very early flight. Rooms are small and basic but contain all you need for a short stay. |
