La amabilitat del personal i el fet de que es troba en una zona tranquil·la però molt aprop del centre. A més hi ha vàries línies de bus i tramvia que la comuniquen bé. Si aneu en cotxe feu cas del personal de l'hotel i aparqueu-lo al parking de l'estadi olímpic, és relativament econòmic (nosaltres vam estar cinc nits i ens va costa 53 euros, tot un luxe a Amsterdam. |

el personal muy atento y la situacion al lado de los museos....tranvia 2 parada emmastrat, se coge en la estacion central . no me ha gustado nada....precio demasiado elevado (140 euros/dia para dos personas)por un habitacion sencilla poco limpia con camas incomodas y desayuno escaso poco variado....no repetiré. |

The rooms were small but comfortable. The hotel has no bar or restaurant but provided a good breakfast. Staff were very helpful. It is in a quiet location but has good access to the city centre as it is on the tram route. |

My wife and I had an appartment. Both nice and functional interior design, comfortable and pleasant, well equipped (kitchen etc), nice location, very good value for the money! Very conveniently located (tram station at about 40m), 5-10min walking to the Van Gogh and Rijks museums, very close to the city center. Plus really excellent service! |

In one word - Service. Staff would do their outmost to see that you are comfertable and to attend to any of your needs. I had a very pleasant feeling staying there. The intenet connection, although it was free, wasn't so great. |

The best receptionist we have evet met at any hotel. Good location next to Vondelpark, Museums, good transport (Tram), quiet area with restaurants. minibar was not clean |

Particularly the welcome and the helpfulness of the owner and staff. My room was a small double at the rear of the hotel - for the sake of quietness - for which I was charged the single room rate . |

My husband and I spent 4 nights at the Zandbergen. Attention to detail, small but perfectly arranged twin bedroom, incredibly modern and clean small bathroom. Henk and his team helped us with laundry through getting best priced tickets for events and transportation. Great breakfast! |

This hotel is in an excellent location in a quiet, relaxed part of Amsterdam but still in easy reach of the city's main sites. Trams are located nearby. It is not a luxury hotel but very comfortable with excellent staff to assist in any aspect of your stay. I felt very comfortable here and highly recommend it. |

Recommendations of local restaurants was excellent. Vicious spiral staircase which was a killer and dangerous when struggling with a heavy case. |

We had a great experience. Everyone was very nice and the breaksfast was great. I would highly recommend. The stairs were steep, but that is part of the charm of the Netherlands. |

Good quality price, nice bedroom with balcony. Quite far from city center. Breakfast is ok, but nothing special and no variety. As for the breakfast room, it's very small and we had to queue till one of the tables was free. |

Very friendly staff, always ready to meet your needs. The hotel is close to the tram station and you can also walk to the center-very good position. Very narrow stairs, but this is the case of many hotels in Amsterdam. |

The hotel is basicly ok, it is little small thogh, we expacted a real hotel and not 2 floors hotel. bottom line it was ok. Breakfast was poor and the place is very very small. |
