ゲストの評価が高かったので予約しました。スタッフは感じがよかったのですが、ルームサービスで、フェイスタオルがなかったり、バスマットがなかったり、しょっちゅうクレームをつけていました。エアコンがなくて７月の夜は暑く、窓を開けて寝ていました。他の部屋には扇風機が置いてあったようで、最後の夜には扇風機が置かれていました。 風呂がシャワーのみで狭く、トイレと同じ床の上にある。トイレと境目のない同じ床に直接裸足で立って洗うのは生理的に嫌だった。日本人の感覚では気持ち悪いと思うが、これがヨーロッパ式なのでしょうか。 |

トラムに近く、美術館、コンセルトヘヴォーにも便利 急な階段を３階まで重い荷物を持って上がるのに苦労した。 |

ホテルとe-mail等で直接コンタクトがとれ、しかもレスが迅速だったので信頼できた。 タオル、足ふきマット、トイレットペーパーなどはリクエストしないと換えてもらえなかった。ベッドシーツ、カバーも毎日交換してもらえていたのかは疑問。バスルームのフロアーにはいつも髪の毛が落ちていて、掃除は洗面台だけのようだった。 |

部屋がすごくきれい。特にバスルームはすべてピカピカ☆ 急な階段があるので子供は上り下りにかなり時間がかかります。 |

静かな住宅地にありながら、トラム駅から約1分。客層も良く、女性でも安心して泊まれます。スタッフの方も親切です。朝食もおいしかったです。 |

I received a warm welcome and friendly service from all the staff. The hotel and room was clean and well-positioned. The hotel is clearly well-cared for and the staff seem to take pride in making a good impression. Nice breakfast with array of fresh rolls and other goodies. |

The staff ,cleanliness,size of the room (apt), location, and last but not least henk. Henk is an incredible host. I mentioned that it was my son's birthday @ breakfast ; this thoughtful man had a birthday card and an awesome cake waiting in our room( I was there with my son). That is just 1 of the great memories during our stay @ the Hotel Zandbergen.We stayed @ the hotel 7 nights. |

Small and typical hotel. I like to support hotels driven by small structures. The quality of the breakfast is a bit limited and the single room is really very small. |
