The Staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, the rooms crisp,white & spacious. The hotel was close to Parking and well located on the edge of the old city of Maastricht. The breakfast was very good. There was no lift and the stairs were steep.

Nice design hotel in center of the city. Very friendly staff, good service during breakfast. There is artistic style approach in the hotel. I was in studio 3 on the 3rd floor with fantastic view. There are excellent restaurants very close to the hotel. My room was not cleaned, even though I stayed two nights. Studios are located on another street and instructions given on reception to get there were inaccurate, there are no signs on entrance. Room was also bit too cold.

We can live in the studio just as you're living in the city. So, you forget for some moments that you´re visiting the city just for a few days - you pay for an appartment and for a life style. The floor is so white that´s is almost impossible to mantain it clean.

the location was perfect close to shopping and restaurants and we enjoyed the sports facilities especially the warm swimmingpool and also to have access to all the fitness classes. the room was nice and spacious and clean only a little colour on the walls would be nicer, we found it too white! the step to the toilet was dangerous need to access that before somebody breaks his neck. we found there was a smell on the staircase going up to the room could not figure out what it was and for older people the spiral staircase might be a problem. we missed a telephone in the room

The location of the hotel. We did not like the fact that the reception is open only until 8 pm in weekdays and close at noon on Sunday. Thus, it is 1) difficult to check in and 2) impossible to leave the luggage after the check out. In general, the services would be appropriate for a cheap hotel (or hostel), absolutely not unacceptable for a hotel with such high room prices.

Uitermate vriendlijk personeel. Het ontbijt is super. Knus hotel met mooie kamers. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden van Maastricht. Parkeren kan op 5 min. afstand bij Stay Okay voor € 6,- per dag (ipv € 22,- in de garage!)

Wij zaten in een studio wat ideaal is voor een meerdaags verblijf. Alles erop en eraan. Verder is het de lokatie die het helemaal geweldig maakt. Om de hoek bij het OLV plein. Top!!!

Kamer was goed, locatie ook. Service was wat minder voor de prijs. We moesten van te voren aangeven hoe laat we zouden inchecken, we waren uiteindelijk 15min. later en de kamer was nog niet klaar. Na nog eens 15 min. te hebben gewacht zijn we de stad maar in gegaan. Personeel zei iets in de richting van: Ja dat komt wel eens voor.. Prima in een hostel voor €20,- per nacht, maar voor bijna €170,- per nacht is dat wel slecht.

De studio was zeer groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is super! Het bed was zeer confortabel. De studio ligt een paar straten van de hoofdlocatie af, was niet erg duidelijk om te vinden.

Goede ligging in de stad dicht bij het onze lieve vrouwenplein. Nabijheid parkeergarage en prima verzorgd ontbijt die overigens wel stevig aan de prijs zijn. Officieel tot 21:00 kunnen inchecken
